APB taught us during the bootcamp that setting specific goals every week is key in getting good in the game and having a better life, socially.

Here are my goals for the next 30 days.

During the next 30 days

Health
-Go to the gym on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and attend the 1hour weight lifting course called bootcamp (5-6pm)
-Attend Dragon Boat practice every Wednesday night at 7pm
-Do not miss the 5km practice with the running room every Saturday morning at 10am
Goal: Get a six-pack

Professionally
- Go to Toastmasters every Thursday at 6pm
- Take a role at Toastmasters (sergeant at arms)
Goal: Get a better job other than code monkey (AFP - Average Frustrated Programmer)

Dating
- Daygame: Be direct with at least one attractive woman during the day EVERY day. Go shopping, coffee, etc
- Find a good wingman in Ottawa or Toronto. (i still cannot go to clubs alone - too much anxiety)
- Attend events on meetup, especially the ones where clubbing and partying is involved.
Goal: Be more experienced with women and defeat AA

New Hobbies
- Go to Salsa class every Tuesday night at 7-8pm where they have the beginner's class
- Go to do Rock climbing on Thursday june 17th
- Finish the Dragon Boat race on June 18
Goal: Find what I like to do in life

Do you guys have any tips on how to go to nightclubs alone? I have only gone like 3 times in my life (during the bootcamp), and going to clubs alone is just too hard for me. Need a wingman, but can't find one right now... Any tips?

Sounds good, but this is more like "Do this for 3 hours" rather than "Do this for 30 days". Why not try stopping every beautiful stranger and asking them to reccommend a good coffee place nearby? This will get you conversing and will help calibrate you in conversations.

While smiling and saying "Hi" is important. 30 days of it is like 30 days of like "Walking into the gym and getting changed"; you won't get anywhere without it, but it's not worth that much practice.
