The review will be structured, if you have any more questions, post them in this topic. I want you to be prepared for your own BC. (A is Approach, B is Buying Temperature, C is Comfort, D is Direct Interest)

General Info:
28 years old, marketing guy, not much about game, scared of night game, sweating profusely, Germany, Chinese Origin, short 5feet5, fat 200 pounds, it doesnt get much uglier than me, I think. So, if anybody thinks he is too ugly to do the BC, he better throw this thought right into the trashcan. I am 100% sure, that I objectively belonged to the bottom of the looks category among ALL bootcamp participants EVER!!!!

First night:
Some bar hopping until we found a decent venue, looked like a student club to me, quite loud and underground. Goal of the night was A and B (TIP: LEARN THE 2 CANNED OPENERS BY HEART, WHICH ARE IN PRE-BOOTCAMP PACKAGE). I was sweating like a pig, in a loud club (which I actually hate), and now trying to do sth. I never done before. This is like worst case scenario for me. Luckily my AA isnt that high, thanks to my job, so I was able to open about 18-20 sets. And I think, about 2-3 sets went pretty well, where a bit more experience would have ensured at least a N-close. All in all a decent start.

Second night:
This time we go to Rooftop Bar and going VIP. This is the choice to ensure we get enough time in C and D, since we have an isolation homebase. Great atmosphere, ended up with a nice 2-set, cool girls from Mexico and Portugal, was able to apply almost all compliance tests, but couldnt pull off the kiss close. Still a very fun night, where everybody left in a pretty good mood. It's great when you see how with every minute in C, you can open up the girl a bit more. IMPORTANT: Dont get too comfortable in C, otherwise you wont make it to D. Because you spend a lot more time with a set, there are also a lot less sets to be opened on Night 2.

Third night:
AMOG-Night pretty much wasnt AMOG night since there were only a few sets but still I ended up with 10 sets. The fashion part in the afternoon was gold because William advised me a cool shirt and I felt the difference in-field within myself personally, it was like having an armor. The most eyeopening things happened actually that night. 1. being cockblocked by the lesbian GF because her friend was attracted to me 2. getting questioned about the honesty of my approach, classic shit-test 3. Seeing the first HB10, it was the last set and she quickly left, but when I whispered to her, I could feel her skin, soft as silk... I think this was fate to experience that and more on that later in my final thoughts.

Instructors:
JT is comparable to Dr. Cox in SCRUBS and I felt about like JD(Dorian) at his first day. You just get ordered around, having no clue and so on. When he's shouting out "2-SET GOOOOOOOO" it feels kind of embarrassing, so you really get going to avoid hearing it again. Still, like Dr. Cox, he simply wants you to be the best possible and simply pushes those buttons to get you to work as hard as you can.

William is more like a Yoda or Obi-Wan Kenobi, he was more hands-on than JT and he helped me quite a few times out and surely help me relax on the 2nd night. But if you dont pull you weight, he sure is not afraid to kick your ass. What I liked is, that he understood me very well, like he could explain my nausea late in 3rd night. It was because I got out of the comfort zone with most of the sets, so it felt quite overwhelming me, all those new impressions and feelings. I really appreciated, that he got me.

Things to improve:
One thing, I really had trouble with the BLP part, it is very sophisticated and with no written info about it in the Textbook, you always write while JT explained it and I would definitely either have it in written form additionally or it should take more time in the curricular. I think it's a super important topic and it should be treated like that. I just hope, I remember all things taught concerning Body Language Positioning! On Night 3 I sure still had some gaps in knowledge about this particular topic!

Was it worth the money?
No question, for me it was perfect. It helped me tremendously with 3 things.
1. Now I have a strategy and dont act like a headless chicken
2. It killed limiting beliefs about night game
3. It increased my energy to go out and reach 2000 approaches.

Would you recommmend it?
Yes, but under 2 conditions
1. You must be passionate about Pick-Up, you really have to want to become good at this!
2. Your AA should be managable, talk to lots of people in stores, that will help. Otherwise you miss out on precious experience!

Final thoughts:
I will post regularly, starting June or July, to keep you guys updated about me. I will not stop until the woman of my dreams lies next to me in my bed and I touch her cheek with my face and it feels as soft as the caramel-skinned girl in my last NY set. This bootcamp was for me personally a great success and I am sure that it also can be for you in the future, IF you decide to change your life for the better!!!! Good luck, guys!

You know, Gatsby once made a very similar comment, "Is my story the saddest of all the clients you’ve had?". To which I said, "Why, do you want a prize for that or something?"

If people like you and me can do this, than anyone can do it if they dig deep for a cool set of steel balls.

[EDIT: Sign Up Here for the Next NYC Bootcamp]

I think that's one of the double edged swords of the way I apply the holistic philosophy of the ABCs.

A good majority of our bootcamp students- not all, but a significant portion- get into relationships right after the bootcamps, usually from a cold pick-up or by applying their new found skills to their social circle. They post their progress up until the point that they shack up with their girlfriends and only start posting again once they're out of the relationship.

Night Job, Teddy Bear, Gatsby, Whiskey Hotel, etc. are all prime examples. The extreme case is one of Johnny's SF students who literally found his future girlfriend during the bootcamp weekend, made out with her, and then started going out with her right afterwards.

Like Sman, a 2007 NYC Alumnus and Virgin, who dropped out of the forums for a long time and then sent the following video in 2008 after he'd been in a relationship for about a year:

And to be honest, I think that's the better way to go. You're supposed to get into the Game in order to GET OUT OF THE GAME.

Our forums aren't really conducive to the type of Community guys who like to spend ungodly amounts of hours online, post constantly & brag a lot in order to build up their Level 70 MPUA Mage R0x0r with a 1000 posts with the brand newest, magic pill, cool tactics.

So unfortunately, our Forums aren't all that flashy with random douches trying to impress each other. Our guys come in, learn what they need, and then move on.

I don't take it personally, it's the circle of life, to quote a wise feline. Though I occassionally get the odd email from a former student about how he's finally in a relationship of his own choosing.

Hey man,

Thanks for the review. Hopefully you WILL keep posting. I've been thinking about signing up for a bootcamp myself but honestly there are so many people who review and never post again that I question the long term effectiveness of the camp (obviously it is effective but is it worth the $). So make sure you keep practicing and telling us about your results!

Dont worry, I am pretty sure that most BC participants succeed quickly after the BC. The ABC model is easily to understand and to apply. I mean, even myself can see the difference already from Night 1 to Night 3.

It's always up to each participant what he wants out of the BC, some just want a nice GF and it might happen pretty quickly after BC. So there is no need anymore to post any FR.

As I stated before, if you are committed to change and not scared to approach, you will definitely learn enough to make the BC worthwile. Afterwards it's up to you how good you want to become. Since I will move to a new city with a new job soon, I will actually apply ABC model both to meet women AND build up a new social circle.

Be assured, that I try to post actively as long as I can, simply to illustrate, what journey awaits you guys. I am actually really looking forward it because pick-up can and should be a lot of fun! :D
