This is a very subjective question. If you yourself feel that Indian Guys and Middle Eastern Guys are more successful then when you look around all you will see is successful Indian and Middle Eastern guys. Its like when you buy a new red truck and then all you see on the highway is how everyone is driving a shiny red truck.
The data that you have gathered might only apply to your location as well, its not a representation of the whole. I live right next to Korea Town and I can say that most Koreans here will out game the Indians regardless of height. Also don't focus to much on what other races can do or cant do, focus on what you need to do in order to have that attractive women .
