 Post subject: Advanced Search glitch

I'm not able to use the Advanced Search in the upper right corner for some reason. I'll try using different internet programs (I'm on Safari now, but also have a PC with IE and Firefox) in case that has anything to do with it. But it kinda sucks being unable to narrow my search a little faster, rather than scrolling through every topic.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?
