I'm finally getting around to writing a review of the May 2nd Toronto Bootcamp that I took. I went in without knowing what to expect and figuring that I didn't have much to lose. Johnny Wolf and Showtime were the instructors and I have to say that both were top notch. I don't see anyone else doing a better job than these guys and the 3 days were packed enough with info that I don't think I could have learned too much more than i did.

My biggest worry was that I would learn a bunch of stuff that was canned that I wouldn't feel comfortable using in the field. I found out that I had no reason to worry because it is a structure that is taught and we were encouraged to use things from our own lives to fit into the structure. I can sum up the material that I learned over that weekend best with one word - powerful. As an example, on the last day of the bootcamp I was talking to this girl that didn't have my interest but decided to game for practice. By the way, I don't think that she had much interest in my either, from her body language and lack of enthusiasm in her voice. I simply went through the ABCDs that we were taught and her transformation was incredible. Within a short period of time, she was asking me to talk dirty to her. In the past, I could never increase buying temp. that quickly (or at all) with someone that I didn't connect with in the beginning.

I've been out a few times since the bootcamp and see huge differences in where I used to be and the person I am growing into. Over the past weekend I opened a set and by the end of it the girl was giving me her phone number instead of me asking for it. Her friend was also coming up to me before they left to say goodbye. I think that I'm making great impressions on entire groups now instead of just targets, which makes things a lot easier.

Thankfully for me, I found out at the bootcamp that I was doing some things right in the past and just needed tweaking here and there and not a complete overhaul. But I may never have found out on my own what i was doing right and what i was doing wrong. Now in sets, I know what I'm doing right and I can experiment with other stuff. I've been having a lot of fun going out since the bootcamp!!
