July 2009 Bootcamp - Sydney

“Hi there, where is Crown st?”

The girl smiles and points south, the direction I was originally running towards. With 10 minutes left to 6pm, I didn’t want to be late for the first day. As I ran across the street, the girl continues to yell out the directions, still smiling.

Mmmmm, definitely a cutie, I really should have offered to meet up with her later, but I dismissed the idea and continued towards Crown st.

JT the Asian Playboy, Johnny Wolf the full time Dive Master and William the man formerly known as Man Cannon, were to reunite and grace the city of Sydney, bestowing their knowledge and experience with one of life’s greatest puzzles. Attracting and bonding with beautiful women.

I really didn’t know what to expect. Minh had told me countless horror stories about the previous year’s bootcamp and how JT was the toughest instructor of the industry. Did it scare me?? Not really. There is something that scares me even more…

That is, not trying and accomplishing my life’s mission, the ‘Asian Dream’.

Many years ago, me and friend of mine termed the interracial couple AM / beautiful WF as the ‘Asian Dream’. Today I take another step closer to revolutionize this dream and set an example to my fellow Asian brothers, that dreams do come true…if you’re willing to put effort and your balls on the line.

I push the orange door with the ABC Bootcamp sign and make my way towards the stairs. The journey begins….

Day 1

JT began the bootcamp with lessons in A and B. Since I’ve been in the field for approximately 1 year, I’ve formed my own opinions on Approaching and Attracting. I was generally at the phase on “how to say it” rather than “what to say”. JT enlightens us that men who get laid often think about “where to get laid”. There is clear difference between our way of thinking and why these guys are more successful with women.

We were privileged to have two girls help practice with us, they seemed open minded and also willing to give us tips from a women’s perspective on how guys approach. Johnny Wolf teaches me the wedding opener and we have a role play session with the girls. It takes me a while to have a complete grasp over the weddings opener, it feels incongruent at first, until I personalize the wedding opener. To be honest, I found the role play session slightly harder to initiate than the actual field. Its kinda like day game, because everyone can hear you and it gives you just a little more anxiety than usual.

The Field

I arrive to the bar venue with Johnny Wolf, Minh N and Xavster. Once entered, Johnny Wolf is already talking to four blondes. The time has come for me to start my social engines and I begin a conversation with a woman with glasses. Nothing special with the first girl, just a bit of bantering and then I eject. Opening the first set always seems to make me feel calmer thereafter.

Four Lesbians

Johnny Wolf points behind me and go, “four set”. Three pretty blondes and a stunning brunette, I open them with the wedding opener. One blonde is having a laugh when I mentioned offering my friend my old formal clothes and how massively tanked the guy is
I start guessing their careers, being the fun guy, I generally make up things on the spot, like the stunning brunette is actually a hand model and the blonde is a forensic evil scientist. While the blonde is momentarily engaged by her other two friends, I direct my attention to the stunning brunette and ask her how she met her friends. It appears they were all good friends from a distant town know as Dubbo.

The blonde then reengages me and the brunette and announces that all four of them have something in common. Alrite, I pretty much know where this is going, but I’m just gonna banter this stuff to the max. I mentioned that they’re all Drug lords from the town of Dubbo. The blonde is fully shocked while the brunette is laughing out her ribs. I was pretty close with some of my actual guesses on their careers and the blonde was really surprised when I mentioned the town Dubbo. I ease her fears by stating that the stunning brunette had told me earlier and she had a chuckle over the whole ordeal.

The blonde has me guess again on what they all have in common, while touching the arm of the brunette. I said they were all lesbians and the blonde applauds me on my guess. My gut instincts are telling me that they’re lying. So I told them that I didn’t believe it, but I played along and tried to suss out their stories. By now, I’ve been talking to these girls for a good solid 20 minutes. It was time to move on.

Irish Sisters

Minh N had already opened this set, a cute blonde Irish lass and her older sister. I introduce myself to the group and start talking with the older sister. The older sister was definitely less fun. I pointed out that she was the trouble maker of the family and that her fun sister is the protective sister. I had time to go into some comfort and connect stories and also direct.

“I just have to tell you something, you have really beautiful blue eyes, I’m pretty envious”. The older sister responds that I have to come up with better pick up lines haha, which I responded back that it’s not a pick up line, because I’m being sincere about it. The older sister seems to loosen her guard just a little bit.

Minh decided to leave the set and I engage both Irish sisters now. We’re talking about Braveheart and how epically great the movie was. I pointed out that in real history, the Irish never really deflected to the Scottish army so they had nothing to be proud of haha.
Into another 20 mins of our social interactions, the older sister leaves to buy another drink and I’m on a one on one basis with the blonde Irish lass. Definitely more fun than her older sister and two other random guys enter our set. I could tell how the other dude was trying to help his friend by engaging me into a conversation while his friend talks to the Irish blonde. Nothing wrong with a bit of healthy competition. I eventually go back reengaging the Irish Blonde and the other dude by talking about Michael Jackson’s children. Having control over the conversation, the other dude ends up talking to the older sister while I kept gaming the blonde Irish lass. Minh has re-entered the Irish sister sets and I decide to eject. The blonde Irish lass had mentioned in her conversation that she had a boyfriend and I really wanted to keep pushing myself in the Bootcamp.

Cute German Blonde

A cute little german blonde is momentarily sitting by herself, playing with her mobile phone. As she looks up, I walk up with a big smile and begin with my wedding opener. This situation was really unique. I usually have a bad habit speaking at one thousand words per minute to beautiful women. Arms flying like a ninja. The cute little german chick was excited listening to me, all this and we’re still holding hands. In her sexy german accent, she mentions she never heard of anyone speaking so fast and so much before.

With rare animal instincts, I go in for the pash. As our lips lock, she mentioned that shes not easy. I immediately start talking at another exciting pace and eventually she pulls me to the dance floor. Full shocked!! The big surprise is that she starts grinding my manhood, I’m losing myself to the ecstasy of this sexy little blonde. I can see outside that Johnny Wolf is talking with Minh and Xavster. My arms are sliding down her sweet body and I start squeezing her arse. There is so much sexual tension between us, that you could cut it with a knife.

I slowly tease her with some Eskimo kisses, before I start pashing her some more. The mistake I made was not being dominate enough with what I wanted and she didn’t want to leave her friend alone. I go in for the number close….the little german hottie thinks for a few seconds and adds her number in.

Stunning Brunette Model again

To wrap it all up, I re-meet the stunning brunette model and we talk about more. I ask her how tall she was and that I plan to head off to the Netherlands and eat some magic mushrooms to be taller than her. This rises her buying temperature for a bit. By now the ABC Bootcampers are now ready to leave. I tell her I know shes mentioned shes a lesbian but we should meet. The model mentions that she doesn’t remember her number, but if she could give me her friends’. I go sure but she realizes this may not be a good idea. I told her to enter my number and dial, which she complies.

Debrief

Johnny Wolf explains to me that I tend to stay in sets longer than I should. Rather than escalate them to consider me as a sexual potential partner, I’m pretty content to enjoy the conversation and not get myself rejected. JT notes that I have good looking guy syndrome and that I have moderately good passive value that people generally accept me while entering sets. Johnny Wolf backs me up by saying I’m pretty good at A and B, but I really need to switch the general attraction into some sexual attraction. My next mission is to get rejected a few times and not to be afraid of it.

Day 2

Johnny Wolf had previously mentioned that those who excel in lesson A and B will more than likely find lessons in C and D the hardest. What??? Isn’t C supposed to be one of the easiest??? I can see the difficulty for D, but C???

JT, William and Johnny Wolf go through lessons in going direct, improv conservations, body positioning, voice tonality and the art of kino. The problem I generally experience while meeting beautiful women for the first time, is that I’m usually a machine gun with my words. Learning this stuff on my own, I came to the conclusion that volunteering information on your personal life may lead to conversation topics you can go into comfort with girls. Boy…I had heaps to learn.

We were given two goals for Day 2. The first task was to go direct on a girl. The second task was to bounce some girls back to our VIP area. The challenge was on…

The Field

I arrived at our new destination with JT, Xavster and Jamestopdog. Johnny Wolf had organized our little VIP seating area with finger food and champagne to share with our “guests”. As usual, I begin with a warm up set. Me and Jamestopdog had made our way to the open fresh air. Although there was AA, I remembered Jamestopdog wearing a yellow shirt and opened two middle age women about their view on yellow clothes. Purely congruent and we could carry the conversation from there onwards.

Best Looking Girl of the night

I usually love mingling at this venue, but tonite seemed to be a little more intimating. Not sure why, there is always plenty of hot Caucasian women around and I practiced at this venue 2 weeks prior to the bootcamp and felt good about myself then. Well it was time to get one objective out of the way. I made my way through the dance floor, people dancing around, partying with a few drinks in hand.

A blonde hottie passes by, followed by her brunette friend. Although the night had only just started, this brunette girl was definitely the best looking girl of the night, period!! Without even a nano second of thoughts, my right arm instinctively reaches out and I lightly touch her.

“Hey there, I just had to tell you something…you are the most…gorgeous girl here tonite, my name’s LordShamino”

The brunette girl has momentarily stopped, the compliment was sincere and down from my core. The blonde hottie walk towards the brunette hottie. I continue, “I’m curious…

…Xavster had bursted in, unexpected “Hey LordShamino, how you doing”

I responded “Hi Xavster, how you been mate??” Like an enchanted spell being broken, the best looking girl decides to continue walking with her blonde friend into the crowd of party goers.

Xavster now knew he interrupted my set and apologized, but I said it was all good. There would always be plenty of other hot women out there.

Fucking Stunning Brunette
I decided to get myself a glass of water. Waiting in the queue, I noticed another brunette with a sexy looking body. This brunette could be mistaken as a meanie to the inexperienced, but the challenge beckons. I went in with the kamikaze direct opener.

“Hey!! I just have one thing to say….You are fucking stunning tonite!!!!”

The stunning brunette cracked a smile and she shoulder barge in a friendly responsive manner. I let out a little laugh and we chatted for a bit. Since the brunette had gotten her drinks, she mentioned that it was time for her to reunite with her friends.
I really should have persisted with this one.

Three little women

Direct opener? Check. Kamikaze direct opener? Check. It was time to accomplish the final objective. Bouncing some lovely hotties to our little VIP area. To date, I rarely have the opportunity to bounce girls to different areas of the venue. Day 2 was a day to push myself out of my comfort zone.

As I made my way downstairs, I see three seated little women engaged in conversation. Two of them were sisters and the middle girl was pretty average looking.
“Hey, you guys are fans of Michael Jackson right?” I go through my natural opener, with middle girl full testing me out.

“Do you like..come over to complete strangers and start talking about ethical dilemma questions” hahaha, even though the middle girl was being feisty with her testing, but I knew how to handle her, even make the interaction between myself and the girls a lot more fun.
“Speaking of the USA…”

The middle girl interrupts and repeats the wedding opener line. Hahahah, looks like one of the ABC guys came here first. I put on my confuse face and asked her what she was going on about. The middle girl now mentions that they’re having lots of luck meeting guys who friends belong in the USA.

I accuse her of busting my balls for something that I haven’t done and the sisters are giggling hysterically. I dominate the conversation by mentioning a good friend of mine from the USA is here and that I’m here to show him a good time. He’s been over to Melbourne and I wanted to prove to him that Sydney people were definitely more friendlier. Initially they declined, but I persistent. I continue to banter.

The middle girl has now left me with the two sisters and I begin persuading the sisters to convince their friend to come say happy birthday. The two sisters agreed, but when the middle girl returned, the sisters didn’t follow through. I accused them of being backstabbers, in a friendly manner. The middle girl appears to be the alpha female of their little group.

Through the interaction, I begin to realize Johnny Wolf’s words. Those who excel in A & B usually find C & D one of the hardest phases. Bantering, being the fun and funny guy does help, but if thats all there is, it doesn’t make you a serious sexual contender to the women you are chasing. The middle girl eventually agrees that they will go upstairs, provided that I bring two friends to help mind their seats.

I smiled and said in my best Arnie voice “I’ll BEEEEEEEE BACCCKKK”, which they have a few more giggles over. I return with Jamestopdog and introduce him to the group. Right now, I am holding the blonde sister hand ready to lead, but shes a little scared. It does look like the Alpha female will have to come along. Persisting with these girls to meet Johnny Wolf certainly wasn’t easy, but I realized that its so much easier to bounce girls to different parts of the venue if you give her a reason, such as Johnny’s birthday.

Jamestopdog had some alone time with the brunette sister, who I found was the prettiest of the trio. As we walked upstairs towards something amazing and unbelievable happened at our little VIP area…Johnny….Wolf….was…..no…where….in…sight!!!! hahahaa

The sisters were about to walk back downstairs, but I enthusiastically introduced them to JT. JT introduces himself, being the charming bloke that he is. His pace and tonality of speech is alluring. A big difference compared to me, with the machine gun speech. Johnny Wolf never made it in time and the girls left shortly afterwards.

The mission was technically accomplished, but the lessons to understanding the venue logistics became all the more clearer.

Fur Coat Beauty

Towards the end of the night, Johnny Wolf had opened two set of tall fine hotties. Johnny Wolf had introduced me into the set and I happily obliged. I was introduced to a beauty with a fur coat.

Now I generally love animals, but believe its ok to slaughter animals for necessity such as food. I begin talking to her about the fur coat and started guessing the animal in question. I said ‘rats’ which brings a slight smile to her face.

Now being the person I am, I did not pretend to be ok with fur coats just to please women. I gave her my view, that I generally believe its only ok if the fur coat was previously used for meat or found dead. I notice that Johnny Wolf had shuffled to the right, which I decided to shuffle to the left.

The Fur Coat Beauty responds by turning to face me. Wow, I would never have figure something like this on my own. But the most thrilling thing of the night was definitely the Fur Coat Beauty’s eye contact. She had beautiful blue eyes and yet I couldn’t read them. Our eyes seemed glued to each other, yet all I could see was a woman with confidence. Nothing more, nothing less.

I interrupt her through her conversation and state that I had something really important to say. I go direct and complement how beautiful her eyes were. As expected, the Fur Coat Beauty took the complement like any other confident person would do.
I was intrigued with this woman, I wanted to know a bit more about her, but her blonde friend decided to head to the bar and took the Fur Coat Beauty away. Still enchanted by her spell, I didn’t go in for her number.

Debrief

JT had previously showed me the way he bounced some ladies to our VIP area and asked if I noticed his speech tonality and pace. The girls were hanging by his every word and seem comfortable to walk up the stairs to meet Johnny Wolf compared to the little nervous blonde I brought upstairs.

Another thing is that I’m too expressive with my hands, the T-Rex. JT mentions that I need to express my hand gestures only when necessary and not out of nervousness. Comfort comes when I allow the girls to talk about themselves, where I have the habit of talking too much and providing the girls little opportunity to respond.

I am beginning to understand the difficulty of lesson C.

Day 3

The final day had arrived for ABC Bootcamp, I didn’t really want it to end. Hanging out with JT, Johnny Wolf and William was extremely fun in the field and I wish I could learn more off these guys. But in the end, its one’s own life journey and you gotta be able to make it on your own.

The last day’s lessons were E & F. It’s the zone where I find great difficulty coming from a nice guy mentality. JT explains about asian culture and how our generation of men are behind in the dating scene. Something a lot of us could relate to.

We learnt about approaching mix sets and how they’re generally the better sets compared to the all female sets. As a woman, having guy friends around gives them that reassurance that they’ll be protected and generally they’re easier to talk with.

We also learnt about AMOG and its important uses. We had a fun game with the girls who helped us with the BootCamp. With our fellow ABC Bootcampers, we either had to cockblock em or steal the girl away. I would be the first to attempt this with JT, which I failed miserably hahaha.

Johnny Wolf explains the importance of logistics and having a good game plan from A to F will get you successful lays.

Finally, both the ABC instructors and the girls gave us fashion tips. I got good style, but I really, really need some decent nice shoes

The Field

Sunday nights are generally pretty quiet in the city of Sydney. The first venue we hit for the night wouldn’t let Johnny Wolf inside. Its boggles the mind why Sydney seems to discourage men from having an individual preference, Johnny Wolf having his red Mohawk and all. Johnny Wolf seems to crack them a smile by doing his best hair comb over, which the bouncers chuckled and I put the final touches by declaring its Johnny Wolf first time in Sydney and we’re showing him around the best places in Sydney. The bouncers eventually let us inside.

Ironically enough, there was another girl in the same venue with Johnny Wolf’s dyed red hair.

Originally we were supposed to run AMOG game with our fellow bootcampers, but the idea didn’t seem feasible due to the limited supply of women on the night. William had given me a mission tonite, talk slower….reallllllllll………slooooooowww….JT…Sssslllloooooowwwwww.

The three nurses

As we established our little VIP area again in the venue, JT states to the group there are three women by the little table, who is up for it. I jumped to the opportunity and head off to the trio of females.

I run my natural opener, these women were a little older for my preference but that’s ok. I had introduced myself with a new way of using a deeper tonality, something I learnt from chatting to a brunette Aussie on Day 2. Engaging all three of these women was simple and I was having a great time.

Throughout the interaction, I made myself aware that I had to slow down the tonality and lowered the use of my hand gestures. I had introduced PO into the group and I began winging him by talking with the other two nurses. Comfort and Connect was going pretty well, but I pretty much stopped there.

I would reserve Direct and Dominance with girls that I was truly interested.

Little Blonde from Melbourne

We decided to bounce to another venue, which was more dance game than anything else. I walk in with PO and he immediately starts dancing with a brunette from Melbourne. For some odd reason, most people from Melbourne are generally friendlier than the people of Sydney. I winged PO by chatting up to the little blonde chick and start dancing with her.

PO is doing pretty well, as he is already pashing the brunette. At this moment I decide to go in for a kiss, which the little blonde shows some resistance. She didn’t run away, but my nice guy mentality kicks in and I’m just dancing with her.

I would end up dancing with another blonde in the group, which I go direct. The thing I really need to work on is my mind-set. An Alpha male who makes no apologies with his desires for women, a man who doesn’t care about the rejection and takes what he wants. Something that will take some time to work on I’m sure, but with discipline and dedication, I’m sure I’ll get there.

Mix set

Jamestopdog and I decided to check out another venue in the Cross area. We had to open at least one set within the venue and I was pretty keen to push myself out of my comfort zone and open a mix set.

A new record, I opened a mix set within 30 seconds of entering a new venue. Usually I wait a while before making a mental decision to jump in. I open the guys in the mix set and engage everyone with the topic of my opener. Within 10 mins, I was already part of the group. Both guys and girls within the group were pretty friendly.

I found out they work in one of the clubs/bars in Sydney where Asians generally hang around. One of the girls I would eventually recognized, because she was one of the attractive bartenders I see when I go to this Asian club/bar. Would have love to bang that hottie.

Inexperienced with extracting girls from a mix set, I decided to move on.

Final critique of me

Physically and mentally exhaustion was upon us. The final last moment of the session includes a review on us before and after the bootcamp. JT asked what I thought of myself and I mentioned that I had at least attempted to slow the fuck down. Making a conscious decision to lessen excessive hand gestures.

JT mentioned that I have the most potential for direct game. Learn to speak JT slow. JT also mentioned that women can generally talk for hours upon hours and that I’m not in the sets to out talk them. It’s to present the fine ladies I meet that I’m a sexual guy and that I’m giving them the opportunity. Better me than any other jerk out there.

Thoughts on the Bootcamp

This Bootcamp was definitely very special to me. With JT, Johnny Wolf and William all appearing to teach us the arts of seduction was definitely worth every penny. I never really had any proper role models to learn from.

Having a complete structure allows me to understand where I am with the women I am interacting with. I know which sections I will need to improve on and having better preparation will definitely help me better in the field in the future.

JT, it was an honour to learn off you. Many times I’ve seen you in action and see how much balls you have. I’m glad that you’re one of the positive asian role models out there that shatter the excuses about being asian and height, especially within the interracial racial relationship context between AM and WF.

Johnny Wolf, as you know, I’m really glad you didn’t fully retire and that you came to Sydney to teach us asian brothers. It was always fun when we winged each other and introducing different girls. I learnt a lot from your tutelage and still have both mini you and JT telling me to “Go”.

William, I wish I had more opportunities to go in field with you. But within the teachings of our bootcamp, you were the perfect example of a dedicated man who changed his life by acting upon it. It’s very inspirational and I will use the lessons in vocal tonality, improv talking and body language (I now make a conscious effort to face people directly hahaha, thanks) to further my success.

What I got from the Bootcamp

Prior to the bootcamp, I had pretty much reached a stagnated part of pick up. The new things I’ve got from Bootcamp include:

1. New goals
2. A better understanding of the latter stages in pickup and why LMR was stopping me
3. New role models
4. New brothers in arms
5. More confidence
6. More desire to put up field reports and areas to improve on.

Once again, from the bottom of my heart, thank you. I look forward to meeting in the future, as a role model for other asian brothers who are also looking to crack into the interracial dating scene and achieving the ‘Asian Dream’.
