Ok, so I ordered the Story Telling DVD a while back 3-4 weeks ago. And I still havent received it in the mail yet. How long does it usually take to make and ship the DVD?

LuLu has had some problems with some of the manufacturing & distribution centers.

The status says "FULFILLING"

I've just submitted a request telling them to hurry up haha. I guess I'm just anxious to get the DVD and pissed off that it's been so long.

The representative told me my order is being processed and that was it. It's been long overdue and I was pissed off so I told him to just give me a full refund. I really want this DVD. Is there a way to get this without going through lulu? Because they obviously are having some major problems.

Unfortunately, you'll have to go through LuLu for now because I sold all my stock of physical copies I had here in Australia.

I'll have to order some more for the office and that'll take some time.
