It seems like you are going for the number way to fast. There is no reason for all of these quick closes as it doesn’t make the interaction more solid when you do it. Play it smooth, build a connection, stay with her for about 10 mins if you can then go for the number. However if you are really pressed for time then give her a justified reason to get her number and grab it.

From what I gather, I need to slow down the escalation. Talk for longer before getting phone number. And keep gaming until I can get results consistently.

Still staring into her eyes as she turns away and turns back (she does it like 3 times) laughing like embarrassed and I'm thinking "I got this chick"

I ask her a few questions and find out she has to go to work. I tell her I wanna keep talking to her.
Me - I'm really busy this entire week. When next week are you free?
Her - Idk, but not weekends. I work all weekends.
Me - Okay.. Wednesday.
Her - What time?
Me - 5:23.
Her - Are you serious?
Me - Yes.
Her - I have work.
Me - Okay, well give me your number and we'll figure something out.
Her - Okay sure. *she gives me her number*
We hug and I try to kiss her on the cheek cause it was just right there and she pushed off.
Me - Get outa here! (I said it in a sweet, joking manner)
Ha. I need to push more.. Too much pulling.

Goods - It was completely improvisational. What's really funny is that what I said was so stupid, yet she was still into me. Ha!
Bads - Too much pull. I need to push. I've been only positive emotions so far and so I need to give her some negativity for the full range of emotions. In other words, I can't just keep complimenting.

Wednesday:
Lupe Fiaaaaaaaasco!
She was sleeping in the Cafe and had english class with a friend of mine. So I saw her get up and leave, so I run to catch up.

Me - Hey! Snoozes!
Her - Hey! Hahaha
Me - I'm LAPB. Who are you?
Her - I'm Lupe. Like Guadalupe.
Me - Like Lupe Fiaaaaasco! Hahaha, I'll call you "Snoozes"

Then I walk her towards her class while talking with her about various subjects including jokes and whatnot making her laugh when I needed to. Then. Before we make a turn for her class, I say "Hey, I think you're quite interesting. Are you single?"
NO reason to ask that question, if your game is tight then she’ll make the decision whether she wants to be with you or not.

Her - Yes, I am.
Me - Okay, cool. Give me your phone number & we can set something up.
If you are going to get the number, you should timebridge her (Set up a date in the near future, basically describe a plan of where you will take her and what you will do). You didn’t really set up a date so if things become flaky then it is because of this mistake.
Then we started talking about her schedule. She wants to hang out in the mornings at school, but I decline and say I am not going to wake up that early. Then add a joke about rolling out a sleeping bag and sleeping here.
We say we'll do something and I give her a big hug and walk towards my car.
I've texted her, but she hasn't texted back. Maybe she doesn't have texting.
I'll give her a call tonight.

Goods - It seemed like a really solid number. She has to be into me... or else she would've said she was taken or was disinterested, etc.
Bads - Not sure if I was wearing cologne yesterday... Bads.. I didn't just scoop her up and take her to lunch with me, but I think that's kind of inappropriate for the situation.
A girl can be really into you and sometimes you will get the benefit of the doubt, however when you don’t play things solidly, even if they may really like you; You didn’t do what needed to be done for them to be comfortable to continue having any sort of an interaction with you.

Today
Girl in Spanish Class
I talked to her once by making a joke.

Then, outside of class, we were walking out and she was ahead of me, so I called out to her "Elizabeth! What ~~~~~~"
We started talking about the subject of Spanish and exchanged phone numbers to study.

I texted her and then set up the date for tomorrow via "Fruits, sweet & swirly, and some espanol. Sounds good?" Then after she agrees, "Cool, meet me at the mall at 1 tomorrow." She asks where and I say "Meet me at the food court." She says "Okay"

I'll do something about that to not be in the friend zone or "study buddy" zone.

Girl in English class. Rather than going on facebook, as I was being bored, I decided to pass a note to the girl behind me. We'd never talked before.
I am not sure how many interactions you have had with this girl, but if you would explain that then it would give me an indication to whether you shouldn’t or try fucking this girl.
