For now – try what Mike tells you and even google up Direct openers PUA ect and see what happens and give it a good go.
Then try my method that I would use if I were you (assuming you are taking the bus home from the hospital):
Step 1: Get on the bus by the hospital and sit on the seat directly in front or beside a girl (who is hopefully alone and with few possible male interrupts nearby).
Step2: Immediately open by saying something like how it was a tough day and you helped stop a bad mistake and how it might be hard cope as a doctor. Sounding a bit of a complainer might give your story some credibility rather than one that is ALL 100% positive.
Example:
PUA: “Whew! What a hard day! Doctor Einstein was WRONG to prescribe X-drug and Y-drug to a patient… but he didn’t know patient had a stomach condition and family history of heart problems…he could’ve killed him! The patient would have had seizures until he suffocated! I’d hate to be doctor in charge like that some day! So --- how’s the nursing department doing?
(you sound like you are “venting” your frustrations but in fact you are actually DHVing)
HB: I’m not a nurse. (or I don’t work here/I’m not in the medical profession)
PUA: I’m sorry. I thought you were with Becky and Michelle?
HB: Huh? Who?
PUA: Nurses I hang out with…I’m sorry…I thought you knew them.
Step 3: Go direct
By the way – you look adorable.
Step 4: Free style – try anything from here….I bet it will work better than what you are doing now.

Thanks, Ken! It's greatly appreciated! I'll try that and post it in my next field report!
