Cool review Jester. The Sphinx of Imagination sounds like an interesting product. I know it's not meant for pick up or anything like that but one thing that makes it appealing to me is that Sphinx can put a person in a relaxed state. I'm curious, does it keep you relaxed even after listening to the product and you're out and about or only while you're sitting/lying down listening to it?
The reason I ask is because I've also tried one of Hypnotica's products a couple years ago before I took my first pick up workshop. I listened to The Collection of Confidence. I'm not sure if it helped, but I found myself approaching despite having a lot of AA, so I suppose it did. lol. Even though I don't need CoC anymore, the feelings that CoC gave me back then were temporary and I would have to listen to it all over again. So that's why I was wondering.

I'd say that afterwards you awaken feeling rejuvenated, as if you just took a much-needed nap.
And a lot of hypnotherapy is a long-term process. Altering your frame of mind isn't a one-hour fix.
I know what you mean about feeling as if you don't need it anymore. I still make it a point to do it at least twice a month because the amazing complexities of the human brain make fighting bad habits an uphill battle. It's easy to fall back into old ways without even being aware.
Like you, I can't quite pinpoint an exact positive result. I realize it's vague to say "I just feel better". But one must try this stuff out to truly understand.
