I can understand where Josh is coming from as I never had a hard time meeting women. I, too, have never 'picked women up' or used rehearsed lines etc that pua's teach.

I also think and believe that pick up artists are nothing more than con men and the women they pick up are short of victims.

But Josh in his brashness has demonstrated the effortless confidence that women are attracted to. Call him a braggart. Call him uncaring. But that is what alpha males are. And alpha males are very attractive to females.

What josh says is true. Stop caring about what women think and just be yourself. Why would you want to be someone you are not? Is who you are really that distasteful? Are you really that repulsive? If you are, then work on improving yourself, not just for women, but to stop being a social eyesore.

Coming from experience, Josh will have a few problems further down the road. His frat buddies will most likely be his life long friends for the rest of his life. That is great. The problem arises when he has fucked all the girls within that social circle and fucking those same girls become boring. The major hurdle that he will likely encounter is that he eats where he shits and shits where he eats. He most likely will graduate, maybe get a higher degree, end up in middle to upper management, marry a parent approved girl, have a couple of kids with her while having skank pussy on the side and end up just hating life and his own life as it crumbles before him. Seen it happen almost like clockwork. Tiger is a perfect example.

I really love it when I hear people say "just be yourself." That really cracks me up.

Being that I was only able to romantically connect with lots and lots of women after taking a bootcamp (at the age of 30), does that mean that I only started being myself after I took the bootcamp? Does that mean that I was myself before taking the bootcamp, but now I'm all-of-a-sudden not? That kind of advice is just plain un-helpful to a guy like me who was never naturally good with women.

Oh, I also get a kick out of hearing people say "just work out more." I worked out consistently for a period of three years, and went from begin 5'8" and 135 lbs to 169lbs, and I reached a maximum deadliest of 275 lbs, a max bench press of 225, and a max squat of 235 lbs. Still, that had zero impact on how many dates I was going out on during the week. Working out is not enough. You still need to learn how to talk to women.
