Raigon, that sums up the #1 reason I think everyone should have for choosing a career.

As long as one knows how to filter out the blood suckers, having a successful job is always going to be a DHV. Make it part of your game, not all of it.

I'm thinking by "blood suckers" you mean gold diggers after your money. At this stage forget they even exist. Just accept the fact that in almost all successful marriages that the man is usually taller, makes more money and has higher status than the girl.

Do NOT become like my dentist cousin. He spent all this time getting his DDS but now ANY woman who approaches him or is introduced to -- he becomes paranoid she is after his money and ended up being alone and probably will forever be this way. He is making frequent trips now to Latin American countries because his belief system and personality caused him to be rejected by the WFs and the AFs in this country. He probably won't succeed either since he can't even speak Spanish -- let alone game any girl!

This reminds me of the Chinese doctor I went to see. The WF pharmacist next door kept asking me questions about that Asian doctor (hoping that I being Chinese myself might have some inside info) --- but in the end -- that Chinese doctor probably wouldn't know what to do with her anyways

Yep, as stated above, for me, those are two separate things. Both are the most important things in my life that I seek, but I'm not going to rely on one for the other. I don't really like my parents' mindset that good career gets you good girls. Cuz like mymeowcat says, there are many exceptions. It helps (like bonus points on a test) - it's just not everything and it's not 100% reliable because I know inner game is just as important as outer game.



I'm not too fond of gold diggers, myself, though I haven't met any. Most are probably staying away from me right now because I'm a poor medical student knee high in debt from student loans. After I graduate and start earning my own money, however, that will be a different story... but then again, that's probably for years to come and way after I do the bootcamp anyway, so hopefully by then I'll have matured a couple of levels.

One of my uncles is an orthopedic surgeon who married a Canadian wife. He's probably the most successful guy with girls in our family, though our relatives seem to think negatively of him because they have a conservative mindset and thinks men who have too many girls in their lives are shameless playboys and sex-addicts who are going to go to hell after they die. (Lol, No offense J.T., Gareth, and everyone else!).



I know. I HATE how oblivious some Asian doctors are to women. They keep complaining that it's only white doctors who get the attention of girls when they get just as much, but they don't get the hints or don't know how to deal with them or talk to them. Come on, I see nurses flirting with them all the time and they just don't seem to be aware of it. Kind of sickens me.

But we DO have one Asian doc (PM me for an FB link if you want proof, just don't tell him who gave it to you. He generally only adds medical students and people who attend his clinical reasoning lecture series and I'd loathe to have PUA's spamming his FB wall, lol) who married a good Caucasian girl, a really lovely wife and a really good mother (I've been to their house and they have lovely children).

Our clinical reasoning lecturer - he's a pretty big encouragement and a role model for me both in medicine and outside of it. First time I actually saw half-asian children who had an Asian dad.

I have a big gun up here *points to my head* and down here *points to... lol Hopefully after bootcamp and then efforts I put in afterwards, I'll have learned how to use both well enough to score with attractive women.
