First field report after the bootcamp whoop whoooooop

Wednesday night at the Supperclub

Towards the end of the night Saw a girl sitting bored next to some guy and kamikaze opened. She seemed happy that I saved her from boredom and I was easily able to start a conversation with the both of them. A few negs here and there and the guy stood up for some reason. I sat down while explaining something to the both of them and kinoed arms around the girl. Slowly diverted attention away from the guy cutting him out. Connected with the girl but the guy kept butting in. I would throw him a bone once in a while just to make it so the girl didn't feel awkward (although it may have been too often, i wasn't feeling comfortable having a guy stare down at me). The guy spoke in Russian to get the girl to standup or leave, but she patted the seat next to her and so I continued talking to her. I ran the plam reading (you're going to marry an asian guy blahblahblah). She was very receptive with this and left her hand in mine for a while. At this point the guy was rather upset and said something along the lines as don't worry, she is going back to Russia soon. I replied with but she is in california now and i'm sure she doesn't want her brother staring down her shoulders 10 thousand miles away from home. She laughed and I would like to say i continued from there but the guy started talking to himself in russian and i wasn't confident enough with my game to continue haha. I politely told her she should find me by my table later.
sadly i left soon after without getting a chance to see her again.

Like i said, first FR so any feedback would be greatly appreciated

From the sounds of this, it looks like you could have pulled this girl back home with you if you played your cards right and isolated. You did a great job with AMOG'ing that dude.

If there's an AMOG present, befriend, and ignore. When I'm cockblocking, I like to move and isolate the girl away from her friends or guys so she doesn't feel social pressure.

I'm glad to see you've got the balls to open mixed sets now. Congrats on your first outing without an instructor. I know it sucks, but you're on the right track!

As far as moving the girl around and isolating, since we were in the smoking patio would something like lets go dance work? the guy would've tagged along without an doubt no? or will i be aiming for the let him stand around and wonder off on his own type deal?

Will work on isolation and BLPing tonight:)

seems like i just need to push myself until they eject me outta the set rather than leaving on my own just to see things to the end.

Living and learning and finding that intrinsic motivation!
