Juggernaut, I've been misinformed. No breaks totally makes sense. I also felt why breaks are a bad thing went I tried to go out yesterday. Anyway, I think I owe about $30 bucks to my future bootcamp fund.
Venue #1 - Target - Absolutely no targets there. Just a bunch of mom's and teenagers. Temecula REALLY sucks when trying to meet 20-30 somethings. This area is a suburb. Downtown San Diego is WAY better.
Venue #2 - The mall - Once again, mom's and 15 y/o.
Venue #3 - Barnes and Nobles - So there are a few women, but none above a 5/10. So, I sit and read. After about 15 minutes, a cute, petite, brunette with blond highlights comes strolling by. Target acquired. She's starts walking towards the back. I sit for a minute and then pop up. I search the store, but alas, she was gone. She probably worked there and was in the back. - As I am searching for that girl a bright pink shirt catches my eye. Actually, this girl is wearing a bright pink scrubs. She is a 7/10. I comment, "wow, those scrubs are bright. I've seen a bunch of colors for scrubs, but not pink." She giggles and says, "yeah, they're one of a kind." I ask her what hospital she works at, and she says she works at an animal hospital. We exchange a few words and I peace out as usual. - Look around the store, no more eligible targets
Lessons learned: - Temecula, California sucks for trying to find young professionals. If you are a high school kid or a 40 something, then this may be the place for you. - Taking a 1-2 day break really messes up your groove. My approach anxiety was higher than it was this weekend. Maybe it was also because I was daygaming instead of nightgaming.
Sticking points: - Body language. I did the over the shoulder thing the whole time I was talking to the pink girl. I was also walking away while talking to her. Bad, bad, bad.
Okay so I'll try again today (day #7) once I get back to SD. I still owe two sets from the days I was on "break".
