Guidelines of the 30 Day Direct Challenge:

(NOTE: Recommended experience level for applicants is intermediate or at least 6 months of indirect field experience)

1. Using one the ABCs Kamikaze Direct Openers, you will approach at least one (1) attractive woman daily.
2. She must be someone you find GENUINELY attractive (ie above a 6 on a 1-10 rating scale).
3. She cannot ALL be of the same race. In other words, even if you like Asian girls, you still have to approach attractive black, white, and hispanic women (and vice versa). Taste the rainbow.
4. You will do this for the next 30 days barring Holidays, Acts of God, or George Bush.
5. You will post your results (good or bad) in either Field Report form or in Journal form.
6. You will be honest in your reporting.
7. You will find a Big Brother or Wingman to help encourage you and provide daily feedback.
8. If you fail to do a Kamikaze opener that day, you owe your Wingman $10.
9. This totals $300 during the total challenge timeline so you better be sure.
10. NO NEGATIVE COMMENTS ALLOWED by fellow posters.

And just to put my money where my mouth is, I'll go first. (and keeping me honest will be K-Feng)

I pledge...
Quote:
"By joining this exclusive club, I pledge to approach and compliment one beautiful woman every day for the next 30 days and post the results- both good and bad- for my fellow brothers to see. Even if- for whatever reason- I miss one day's worth of approach(es), I will still post my results, but I will also owe my Wingman / Big Brother $10."

You pledge...
Quote:
"By becoming an ABCs Wingman, I pledge to daily encourage my friend to approach and compliment a beautiful woman every single day. I do this not out of the desire of monetary gain, but a genuine desire to see my friend succeed. I further pledge to provide constructive comments and encouraging remarks on his field reports, daily and religiously. I will allow no negativity to filter into my thoughts and comments."

The following link is for a glossary of terms:

viewtopic.php?f=49&t=1700

An example of a Kamikaze opener is:

"You are ridiculously hot, I had to come over and meet you"

By the way, I would like to offer to be the one to take your money if you need someone to do that.

What the hell is a boomerang and ninjitsu? And, the kamikaze definition is very vague too in that glossary.

Can we just make all the terms simpler, instead of using weird Japanese suicide words for this stuff?

"You are ridiculously hot" - A super-direct opener.

Hello:

Still here lurking and reading.

I've been doing the indirect approaches and attempting to build a social network.

I used to work in the Hotel Industry (70% females and most young, single, foreign) and it was jam packed with opportunities, which I did not take advantage to the fullest.

At least, it made me less socially inept.

when do we start?

This is a fantastic challenge that I encourge everyone to do. Good luck to everyone.

One word of advice, when going direct, especially with the Kamkazi openers, you have to dedicate yourself, go in alpha yet vunerable, and give her an honest compliment. Put your ego aside and allow yourself to succeed AND fail, and you'll have amazing results.

I love this thread. I've been doing direct daygame for about 2 months now and have reached a point where I am consistently getting numbers but having a hard time getting them on dates.

Just like APB requested, I've been hitting on ladies of all different colors.

Just so everyone here knows, I am a 22 year old graduate student in Philadelphia. I think that I had pretty solid social skills before I found the game but I definitely could be doing better.

Going direct is a very liberating experience and will give you confidence to go do it again. Many of the obstacles you face in a nightclub suddenly disappear during the daytime, although you will have to deal with a different sort of situation. For example, you don't have to deal with drunken AMOGs or blaring music. If you get blown out in a club and all the girls see you, your social proof goes down a bit. However, during the daytime all you have to do is eject and go to the next street/store to find another girl.

Based on my results, I've figured out that I get a number from about 1 out of every 6 women that I hit on. This is not because they don't like me, it's because I'm a newbie and I eject for no reason sometimes!

I generally say something like this:

"Forgive me for being so forward....but you...are SO beautiful. I just HAD to come over here and talk to you or else I'd be kicking myself later."

"Hey, where can I get a good cup of coffee around here? Actually....I didn't really care about the coffee. I just wanted to come over here and flirt with you."

Both of these work very well. When you deliver it right you see her melt in front of you and it's just amazing. I feel like once you get the first one out of the way the rest of them become very easy. It may seem scary at first but definitely try it! You won't regret it.

ok uh. fuck. i decided that sometimes you just gotta set it up so that you either succeed or burn, if you want to succeed. and; your goals need to be inspiring.

so I am going to do this even if its just 3 dollars a day/approach. (college student).

class now. but more later.
