I've noticed I've been feeling under the weather lately. So I've decided to do another 30 challenge for myself to just list things I'm grateful for. That and a anthony robbins coach noticed how my continually pattern of needing to improve myself has left no time to enjoy my own accomplishments making me no happier then when I was single. As he said it best, most problems are 20% technical and 80% psycholoigical, to which I must heed to his wise observations. So I'll take some time and list some things I'm gratefull for and and I dont I'll throw in 5 bucks to somebody.

I am Grateful for..
My skinny sexy persian girllfriend(for being a girl that I never thought in my wildest dreams I could hook up with)
surviving that damn allergy attack
my job and all the freedom that I'm allowed
my awesome summer and being able to go to yosemite for the first time
surviving the white water rafting episode
making a new friend this summer, friends are few and far between

for TJ
for my pickup buddies who have taken the time to listen to me whine and complain about shit that sounds so whiny coming from a big guy
for survivning my ex breakup
for UCLA, I always feel young and happy there
for that awesome bachelor party, that was just darn nice
for the 45 round trip bus ticket to vegas
for my ability to rhyme
for not getting sick today eating my own cooked dinner
for giving me that toilet at the school which was clean

I really like this. Sometimes I forget what to be thankful of and just focus on the negative.

Yeah I've noticed that too reformation. Even thogh it feels mundane and obvious when I write this, i notice the rest of the day how negative i can get. the negativity is a unconscnous habit that really has to be kept at bay.

THis arnold speech on motivation has been very positive for me.
