I offer free advice/tips/tactics and in this case, ways to stay motivated.

One thing I would highly recommend, just STOP masturbating, it'll drive you absolutely insane. Saying goes:

"For Every Disciplined Action, There are Reaps of Rewards to Follow"

As wierd as it seems typing out, not masturbating is pretty hard to do. I hard a pretty hard time doing it back when I first started pick up. but once you put a cap to it, you'll be surprised how naturally motivated you'll become to getting laid. That's all you need, some motivation, and the right direction and you'll be there.

If you have the bank, I'd recommend taking a bootcamp, the one thing that really made me good in pick up was the fact that I was working with the best in the world in a continual basis. There was no substitute for the training I received from Matador, Mystery, or JT. GET COACHING. You probably spent 80+ thousand on a college education for your own continued education in the scholar field that probably doesn't really relate to your job directly, spend the few grand and learn to develop the social skill set to acquire a handful of women into your life. Lol, first night of the challenge and you pull not one, but two, girls back to your place. This is gonna be good. I would have loved to hear the girls' convo about your LMR.

So basically you pulled 2 girls back to your crib so you can kick them out to play by yourself. I see where you are going now.

Add another rule.
Rule #6) Be a man.

This rule will fix everything you think you have in your game. How do you stop being a pussy? Be a man. Problem solved.

You already know why you had approach anxiety with that girl so I'm not even going to say it.

All this talk about quitting is silly. You knew it would be tough, but you started it. You knew you might experience something like this cuz there have been others quit. Why did you start it? Did you start it to quit it? Why? Where is your intent?

Heresy! - There can only be one TANK. So unless you like to masturbate constantly and weigh 200+ pounds , well ok you can be a better TANK.

I like your FRS. Congrats on forcing yourself to post. I think in additon to writing these FRs, you need to add three things to your FRS which are 1) What you did well 2) What you could have done better and 3) what you never done before.

Sometimes when I'm writing a FR those are the first three things I write cause I realize those are the most important parts of the FR.


I notice when I go sarging after a hard day of working in my cubicle i'm too in my head. The first girl i hit on I normally bomb on. Its hard but i just realize its part of the process. I know once i'm in state and my mouth starts moving i'll get a date sooner or later. So when you hit on that girl in borders just let it fail. Try and not eject but stay in just a little bit longer. Itll make your next set better.

DHV one of my prescripted stories.

I think its important that if she gives you that look like shes not that interested, keep plowing with your stories. She just met a stranger, so she doest know if your a serial killer or whatnot. So you got throw in some DHV stories about yourself till she gets comfortable. Also I think a big part of it is if your comfortable, she will feel comfortable. So learn to ground yourself. You'll feel it when things are just going right.
