30 Day No Jerk Off Challenge

13th day,

no jerk off.


14th day.

Stay with family. No jerk off.

15th day,

Got a hemorrhoids surgery, not a big deal but really hurt. No jerk off.


16th day,

Eat well, rest well. No jerk off.


17th day,

Cannot do sports recently because of the surgery. Reading books, chilling with family. No jerk off.

18th day,

Still having a healthy life: healthy diet, good sleep schedule. No jerk off.


19th day,

Woke up at 4am tryna see moon eclipse but too cloudy. No jerk off.

I don't know why I couldn't get on this forum in China lately. So I continue my story now back to Miami.

Seriously I didn't remember what I did in that particular day but I'm sure that I didn't jerk off at all.

20th day,
no jerk off.

21st day,
no jerk off.

22nd day,
no jerk off.

23rd day,
no jerk off.

24th day,
no jerk off.

25th day,
no jerk off.

26th day,
no jerk off.

27th day,
no jerk off.

28th day,
no jerk off.

29th day,
no jerk off.

30th day,
no jerk off.

I am so glad that I didn't break my promise even once during the challenge! After the challenge, I jerked off twice in July. I was drunk and couldn't control myself, I totally regret the next day. So twice in 2 and a half months, good job and next time keep it as 0!

No jerk off is my habit now and I will keep doing this no matter I got challenge or not, because this is awesome.

A man can always control himself in the way he wants.

I'd say go for whatever makes ya happy, but if you notice yourself becoming more irritable, impatient and frustrated then either rub one out or go F close quick.

No man haha. I have found something more worthy than jerking off. I don't get frustrated/angry easily coz now I'm doing what I want to do and no one can hurt me inside.
