day 22 of the 30 day challenge

I got to the point of fear of paying up so I just went kamikaze.
saw a cute girl albeit pretty young and went direct
(this was at the book store and I was leaving )
me: I have to leave but I would kick myself in the butt if i didn't come over here and say your the cutest girl I seen."

her:" (smiling ) huh ..oh (she was speechless and BT spike)

me: cool what;s your name? ( extending my hand for hand sake)

her: My name is ####.

Me: glad to meet you but I have to run. ( in reality I had to because of work related. I thought about number closing and should of just for practice .) hope to meet you again.

day 23 of 30 day challenge.

this one takes the cake. I was with a friend and who never saw a cold approach yet a direct approach since i was doing the challenge I figure I work this into a demo too.

Saw a cute girl walking down the side walk . i went right after her and went direct . She was surprise and was bit uncomfortable. I had to stick to my frame and be little dominate because she was in hurry. I kept plowing and did get her number but knew that she would flake which she did .

I think in this case it was the setting. She was in a hurry and I didn't have enough time to work on comfort. With out comfort she flake but I was able to plow and get her number.

day 24 of the 30 day challenge

approach a girl in a book store and went direct. she kindly told me she had a boy friend who was like 10 feet away. I didn't notice him coming up behind me. Befriended him and chatted with both it was cool.

I know I should do more approaches but I find it hard sometimes when I am not in state. It's kind of like your forcing yourself to approach when you don't feel like it.

day 25 of the 30 day challenge

this was saturday night and Believe it or not I didn't do a single approach. Why? One of my buddies just had some problems and it was more like I had to be a friend for him that night than focus on pick up. We just went to a bar and talk and drank a little.

so therefore I owe $10.00

day 26 of the 30 day challenge

again it was more out of the fear of paying so i did a quick direct opener a cute girl walking near a subway. I did get her number but I realize I did it more out of not paying up than actually wanting to do it. It kind of killed my state.

day 27 of the 30 day challenge

spent time with some girl I been seeing so I didn't sarge.

The last stretch was the hardest.

28 of the 30 day challenge

I did something waay out of the ordinary. As I was driving my car I saw a cute girl walking on the side walk. I actually stop my car and parked my car right near where she was walking.

I just went direct. It did work she gave me her number. I was surprise she actually gave me her number.

day 29 of the 30 day challenge

owe $10 did nothing.

day 30 of the 30 day challenge

I opened a girl while I was walking to work. It was one of the fastest number close every.

Me: Hey...I just have to say you cute and would like to get to know you but I have to go to work. what's your name?
her: oh...my name is ####.
me: cool we since we are both in a hurry why don't we exchange numbers . I know a great waffle place in the city. here punch in your number ....(I handed my cell phone.)
her:
she type in her number.
me: cool ..thanks (just to make sure it was a legit number I called her on the spot.) hmm...I'm curious do you play music as a ring tone?
her: no ..it's just vibrate..(her phone was vibrating..so the number is legit.)
me: hey that's cool my cell phone vibrate too...(high five her) anyway I have to run .

(what I should of done...work on comfort and should of done more future projection to make it stick but she and I was in a hurry to work .)

what did I learn? You need to be hell of discipline to do this. It's hard trying to open 30 days straight. It's like going to the gym 30 days straight. It's good to try this but I prefer to pace myself and open or sarge every other day instead of putting the pressure where i have to do today. It kind of kills the state...that pressure.

For the most part I focus on opening kamikaze style so it was more gun blazing with out true finesse. One good thing is I know what I have to work on.

Ref,

Good show, my friend. You went the distance and actually honored the 30DC rules. I think most of the people who do these challenges cut corners by using situational openers and not pushing for the close.

You've criticized your game as being all balls and no finesse, but I think a lot of us could learn from your example. I know I could.

Night Job
