 Post subject: 10 Day Challege Anthony Robbin Health Challenge

Went to a Anthony Robbin Seminar, decided to take his 10 day challenge and see how it affects me. I started last Monday.

Rules are

1) Jumping up and down when you wake up to ignite the lymph node system

2) 70% vegatables and 30% carb or beef in order to create a less acidic body

3) Reduce meat intake(cause there is too much antibiotics and growth hormone) Unless its kosher

4) Use the declease kit

5) Run 3x a week for 30 minutes with aerobic(not anaaerobic activity)

6) Deep breathing at least 3x a day at a ration of 2 4 1

I never got the chance to be in that seminar. I like to thank you for sharing what you learned from attending the seminar. I think that this is worth a try. I have a diet food list that I followed so far and if partnered with this approach I think it can work really fine.

Finished 10 days. Decided I'm gonna go for thirty days. Noticed I get any hour extra a day. Forgot to Run on Friday so owe 5. If you need list I'll pull it up. its basically 70% veg 30%(meat or carbs) For the meat try to choose kosher.
