I dated my first Asian man when I was introduced to the ABCs of Attraction in 2008 and I’ve seen first-hand the prejudice and discrimination that Asian men sometimes face in the dating arena. Before that, I had no idea about some of the unique issues that Asian guys had to deal with.

But let’s back up for a minute and tell you a little about me…

I consider myself the sweet, girl next door who was born and raised in the Mid-West before moving to California to pursue my dreams of acting and modeling. I was the drama geek who was an introverted, artistic wall flower type in highschool. As a result I would say I have a first hand understanding what goes through a shy, sweet girl’s mind when men approach her.

I’ve been a professional wing girl since 2008, and have extensive experience and a wide understanding of what is needed for guys to get results with girls whether it’s learning the fastest way to get a girlfriend or being more comfortable in your own skin. Bruce Lee: The Biggest Asian Hollywood Star

As a kid you had his posters on your wall (I’m not ashamed to admit that I did!), maybe you took up martial arts to be like him, and had all his movies on VHS (yup that’s what us kids of the 70s/ 80s had at home!). Bruce Lee was an ultimate icon of his era and made being a masculine, confident Asian man in the Western world the coolest thing ever.

Now decades later I want to show you how Bruce Lee has some wisdom that can work to improve your confidence today and get your dating life in shape.

I’ve taken 7 of his most famous mottos and I want to show you how they apply to getting the girl, improving your game and making your romantic life kick ass!

1) “Love is like a friendship caught on fire. In the beginning a flame, very pretty, often hot and fierce, but still only light and flickering. As love grows older, our hearts mature and our love becomes as coals, deep-burning and unquenchable.”

Sounds like Bruce Lee was one step ahead of me in differentiating between ‘hook ups’ and longer term ‘dating’ and the different feelings they involve and skills they require.

For short term hook ups or one night stands, you need to burn bright: be bold, be the man, take risks and go after what you want- whilst respecting what turns a woman on and what a hook up feels like to her.

Successfully dating a girl, or several girls if that’s what you want, long term is a little tougher! Dating requires you to be a great organiser, a good listener, a man who women will respect and someone who knows what he wants in life.

Ultimately, however, remember this: A MAN IS ONLY AS GOOD AS HIS LIFE.

Don’t expect your relationship with a girl to stand still: it’s a constantly changing and evolving process as both partners grow either apart or together. There is no finish line; just new things to learn, new growth to have and new skills to pick up along your journey. Explore what it means to be a man who is in a meaningful relationship or to fall deeply and romantically in love with a woman.

So don’t start out learning PUA as a ‘magic bullet’ solution. Adopt a better lifestyle and be prepared to keep working on it to really see change and results.

2) “The less effort, the faster and more powerful you will be.”

Aim to be smooth and effortless- not fast- during your pickup. Being a great pickup artist isn’t about always walking up to a girl in the bar and saying:

“You look hot, we should hook up”.

Or about being able to grab a girl on the dance floor, or put pressure on her to hook up with you. This can make you seem really uncool or worse, desperate and horny.

Instead master the art of approaching women in a way that is smooth (even romantic, suave and cool): use a kino turn in order touch to shoulder (no more powerful than pulling a door ajar) to engage their attention. Or, even better, get them to come to you just using eye contact. This is how a real player will operate: they don’t need to make too much effort people will just become magnetised to them.

Work on your personal magnetism today by switching on your passive value. Be well dressed, roll with a good crew of friends, have fun and enjoy your life regardless of who’s in it.

Sub-communicate that you’re a guy women want to know even before you say hello. This is how you can be an introvert (like me!) and still have amazing game because you’re exuding confidence.

3) “A goal is not always meant to be reached, it often serves simply as something to aim at.”

Bruce Lee: "Do not pray for an easy life. Pray for the strength to endure a difficult one."

You may want to rival Hefner with the women you’re dating. You may want to find Eva Longoria shopping at your local mall and successfully ask her out. You may want to threesomes after raunchy threesome.

These are all goals: some more realistic, others less so. What they shouldn’t be about is a strict target that if you don’t hit it straight away that you beat yourself up over.

Telling yourself you have to go home with a girl tonight or else you’re a loser who’s always going to suck with women isn’t helpful. Why heap pressure on yourself or beat yourself up?

Do NOT get stuck in a negative feedback loop where you’re mentally reinforcing bad habits and mental thought processes.

Instead, take a leaf out of Bruce Lee’s book and have the goal as an ideal, but praise yourself for the process. As the saying goes, “Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you’ll land among the stars.”

If you want to get three phone  numbers, try your damn hardest to get the three: approach, approach, approach, and even if you end up with just one, then give yourself a huge pat on the back. Sure you may not have hit your ‘ideal’ target but what you have done is taken action, tried hard, tested yourself to your limit and learned a hell of a lot.

This isn’t about how many notches on the bed post you put up, it’s about how better a man you can be in order to be happier, more secure and confident a man as you can be.

Don’t expect to be the end result too soon: instead do an internal high five for going through the process. Ultimately, it’s more about the journey than the end goal.

4) “To hell with circumstances; I create opportunities.”

Bruce Lee: Learn to go beyond your limits and let nothing hold you back

You don’t have any wing guys to party with. You live in an area that’s kind of remote. You’re self conscious about your build.

If you think these are good reasons not to be going after the women, and the life you want, then I’m sorry but I’m not going to join your pity party. As I said to one former student (and now married) Gatsby, who lamented that, “I must be the most pathetic student you’ve ever taught.”

To which I replied, “And? Do you want a medal for that?”

Whatever your job, location or appearance, these ‘problems’ are only mountains (rather than mole hills) if you see them that way. Instead of thinking why you can’t do things: starting creating solutions. This is the 21st century and the Age of Google. Any problem you have, unless it’s a true health problem, has a SOLUTION if you research and apply said solution.

There is no excuse for not taking action except if YOU are holding YOU back. The information, the support system, and knowledge are there for you to fix your problem and turn you into a happier, more confident man.

To help you I’m going to kick start you:

If you worry about your lack of a wing man, turn up to events you enjoy solo and make an effort to bond with the guys in the room as much as the women. Also recognise that there is a thriving online community out there to help you out. You can check out ABCs of Attraction’s PUA Forums here.

Likewise if you live somewhere remote try Facebook or online dating and work on your logistics. Think if you’re happy being based where you are, or if you need to get an action plan together to move out. Take action and you will feel empowered.

As to your physical stature if you can work on it, great, by all means hit the gym to improve your Asian physique and improve yourself. But, if you can’t change it, don’t worry about it. Let it go and own every inch of your 5’5” height.

5) “Showing off is the fool’s idea of glory.”

You don’t go out in order to show other guys on the forums how “awesome” you are. Getting a girl’s number in 30 seconds looks pretty cool: but chances are she won’t pick up when you try to give her a call.

Likewise picking up girls for a notch on your bedpost rather than connecting with women, treating them with respect and having women that want to see you again is a dumb idea.

Another is bragging to try to show how rich/ successful/ well networked you are. This isn’t attractive instead it seems needy: like you have something to prove.

People who are truly cool within themselves don’t feel like they have to prove that to other people or be obvious with it. Adopt a high passive value, but don’t brag. Hook-up with women but keep your integrity. Make a connection with a girl and feel great when she’s the one who can’t wait for your date.

So drop the act, get real, and be happier.

6) “Always be yourself, express yourself, have faith in yourself, do not go out and look for a successful personality and duplicate it.”

How do you become that attractive, romantic and sexual guy that every woman seems to want to hook up with?

Simple: you don’t try to be that guy. Instead, you choose to work on you and your unique potential.

Clearly I’m a little on the short side to be Brad Pitt, but that hasn’t stopped me from working on myself to become the kind of man that women are attracted to and want to meet.

That process has involved me learning from other people, spending years working out a system for attraction and giving my life an over haul. But what it hasn’t meant is going out and getting my hair dyed blonde, dressed all in Affliction and getting a tribal/Chinese tattoo.

I don’t feel like I need to be a douchebag, badboy, or even asshole to confident, happy, or good with women. Although at times, I’ve been a little of all three. You see, learning from others is positive: trying to be someone else is not.

Instead choose to get very cool with you. To be the best possible version of you that you can be. To be that man you always knew you were destined to have become.

Recognize that you’ve already got the raw materials to make a great guy: you’re just working a little on the presentation, smoothing around the edges and learning the skills to be confident in putting you across.

7) “To know oneself is to study oneself in action with another person.”

This reminds me of Bruce Lee’s previous pieces of wisdom:

Getting your life together, having awesome passive value, and learning from your experiences makes all your blow outs, slip ups and imperfect openers worthwhile.

To use a cliché it is about the journey not the end destination. It is also never about that one girl, that first date or that one shot. It is about learning from your experiences, (your best teacher) and getting to know you better.

When you really know yourself, work on you and value yourself you’re also going to become more attractive, more successful and more like who you aspire to be as an off shoot.

It really is as simple, and as long term a project, as that.

So learn from Bruce Lee: but live your own truth, work at it every day, reward your effort, learn from your mistakes and that ‘ideal goal’ may not be as out of reach as you think.

Before 1954, it was impossible for a human to run a mile in under 4 minutes.

Then in 1954, a man named Roger Bannister broke the record that all the scientists and doctors had proclaimed as a physical and impossible scientific fact.

Forty-six days later, that once impossible barrier was broken again by a different racer.

And then again.

And again.

Where once it was widely known that a man could literally not break such a limit, was now being broken left and right as other athletes used Roger Bannister- not as a warning- but as a sign post of victory.

“If he can do it, so can I!”

Jeremy Lin: The Birth of an Asian American Role Model and Hero

And that’s why having role models and heroes that Asian Americans, particularly us men and our beleaguered young boys, is so important.

Before Linsanity swept our nation (hereby demarcated as  B.L. or Before Lin), we were still being treated as hostile foreigners even to the point of being portrayed as money grubbing Chinese outsiders seeking to gain influence over the American government in a political attack ad by Pete Hoekstra, a Senate candidate, that aired during the Superbowl, the largest viewed television program in history.

And much like in 1954, the overwhelming opinion of the informed population has been told or suggested by the media that Asian Americans are not truly American. That we are a people set apart. Either invisible or foreign. Submissive exotic women and effeminate martial arts super-nerds.

It’s hard not letting that affect our Asian male confidence when we haven’t had our own positive Asian American male role model, our version of a Roger Bannister, since Bruce Lee died over 30 years ago.

And while Yao Ming definitely garnered Asian American attention, he was also set apart from us by being a Chinese Communist transplant with a hint of freakish genetic mutation. Nor do the vast Hong Kong movie stars like Chow Yun Fat, Jackie Chan, and Jet Li count as they were still being pigeon holed into chop-socky martial arts movies.

Now I don’t know if the Jeremy Lin Show is going to last past these few pilot episodes (I can only hope that all this buzz is sustainable), but I literally cannot recall a time when I- as the grizzled old war horse and veteran of many Asian American battles over social issues that I am- have felt so excited and proud to see another Asian American.

And I dare say I feel more excitement than when I would watch the Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving game at my grandparent’s house as the entire Tran clan cheered our own Vietnamese American football role model, Dat Nguyen.

So much so that I’ve even started booking up on my basketball knowledge. I don’t know a damn thing about basketball, but that’s what looking up to a hero and having a positive, alpha Asian male role model does to you.

It makes little Asian American boys who have so long been without a positive role model- who shows time and time again he can regularly break limiting beliefs, stereotypes and limitation if only with a lot blood, sweat, and tears- want to be him. If only in some small way of entering his universe by playing the same sport he does, we take an intangible piece of him with us.

“If he can do it, so can I!”

My New York students and I were literally standing around the club on Friday night, bonding over the Jeremy Lin experience and checking the score together as the New York Knicks beat the Los Angeles Lakers.

Jeremy Lin versus Kobe Bryant. It was David versus Goliath. And little David won.

And it’s more than just the sport he plays or his race that has given Linsanity so much momentum. If it was, than his fanbase would never have grown outside of the Asian American community.

Jeremy Lin is also a Harvard economic graduate. So it attracts the Ivy League crowd, the intelligentsia and anyone else who values a prestigious education (read: every single Asian parent alive).

Jeremy Lin is a devout Christian as well. And while it may discomfort some people, it gives him a sense of Tim Tebow-esque sincerity and piety. It also makes him an ethical role model that makes mothers want their daughters to date an Asian man for the first time.

And finally, he is the ultimate under-dog: the scrappy fighter, the little guy who never backs down from bullies. Jeremy Lin is fairy tale Linderella story:

• He was never given an athletic scholarship even while lesser players were being courted by bigger schools and handing them out.
• His Ivy League court competitors would made ching-chong noises and threw outright racist insults at him.
• He was cut from two national teams without having ever been given a real chance to play (and you can bet all those general managers are regretting their narrow mindedness).
• He was so undervalued that he only got his chance to start after two other players were injured and another left on bereavement leave.
• His NBA contract was unsigned and he has no endorsement deals.
• His future has been so uncertain that he has been sleeping on his brother’s couch!
• To Floyd Mayweather who recently flamed Jeremy Lin’s popularity on his race (Mayweather also did the same thing to Manny Pacquiao),

When no one believed in him and in fact tried to push him down time and time again, he still believed in himself. Jeremy Lin was his own Asian American role model.

All he needed was that one moment, that one perfect moment of clarity, a clean slice of time, to prove to the world what he was capable of doing.

And he took it.

“If he can do it, so can I!”

It is not just an Asian American coming of age story. It is the American dream made flesh and come to life.

Men now want to BE us (or at least Jeremy Lin). Women now want to be WITH us (more likely Jeremy Lin).

No longer (at least as long as Linsanity burns) are we outsiders and invisible (he’s getting airtime on Stephen Colbert, for Buddha’s sake!).

Quite frankly, it feels silly at times that my success with women is considered a world-staggering accomplishment when in comparison to that of others.

How truly important is it that other Asian American men can see a short, average looking Asian man like myself be that spectacular in the grand scheme of things?

But that isn’t the point. After all, the actual pursuit of women isn’t in and of itself a particularly laudable victory in the grand scheme of things.

Instead, it is about breaking the barrier and stereotype that Asian men are asexual or physically weak.

We need heroes and role models if only to mark and track our progress against.

To set ourselves new challenges so we can become better men in the same mold as the heroic vanguard before us.

So we can at last say to ourselves, to our brothers, and one day our sons…

“If he can do it, so can I!”

Learn how to give your girlfriend an orgasm this Valentine's Day

On December 2009, thirteen Asian students were sent to the hospital after being targeted by racist bullies

Hey guys, it’s JT Tran, your friendly neighborhood Asian Playboy, with a more serious article today on a topic that (according to one study I’ll talk about later) at least half of us have faced in one form or another – the Asian bullying crisis.

A certain YouTube video is trending right now about an Asian guy getting badly beaten by six or seven other guys. Just as with the news of Private Danny Chen’s death, people rallied to the side of the man being attacked. It seems our nation’s youth is tired of the bullying and the victimizing, and that struck a chord with me, because, like many young Asian men, I was bullied as well.

When I was growing up in the South (Texas to be exact), I was “fortunate” enough to attend an academy for academically gifted children. It was “fortunate” because it also painted me with a huge fourth grade target on my back.

As I walked every morning to go to this academy, I would cross paths with a blonde, Caucasian boy going to a different public school. He definitely lived on the other side of the tracks as his clothes were worn and dirt seemed to be his constant companion.

And, each day, as our paths collided, he would push me and call me a gook, a chink, or a slant. I would tell my parents and my teachers. They said that violence isn’t the solution and just avoid him.

“Take the higher road,” they said piously.

So I would try to avoid him and cross the street, but he always made a point to cross the street and confront me. I still don’t understand why he did so, but he seemed to make it his routine to go out of his way to shove me down each day. Each time I regained my balance, I felt a sense of shame.

In fact, at one point, he raised his fists in a mock punch and I raised mine to defend myself. This just incensed him even more and I went to school with a bloody nose. Why didn’t I push him back? Why didn’t I do something about this? I wondered about these questions and my actions, or, rather, lack thereof, and I started to feel bad about myself.

Years later, in high school, I got into another situation with a different bully. He was much bigger than me being six foot tall, so that made me an easy target. When he started picking on me I did the same thing as I had always been taught. I passively accepted it and tried to ignore it.

However, one day I just became completely fed up with the situation and I decided to take action. He started making fun of my mother and called her “Connie Chung.”

I had had enough.

I pretty much had to jump to meet him eye to eye, but I took a swing and punched him – right in the face. Looking back on it, I’m glad my teacher saw this and stepped in and stopped the fight, because he would have completely kicked my ass, but I don’t feel bad about it. Even though I got into a lot of trouble with my parents for getting detention over it, I don’t regret it.

I had done something that I had never done before: I made a stand for myself and my sense of self-respect.

Unlike my previous experience with a bully, I didn’t feel that lingering sense of shame. Instead, I felt vindicated. I felt that my actions were justified. I felt I had done the right thing by standing up for myself, and that gave me a new sense of confidence and empowerment I didn’t have before.

Now, my Asian brethren, I’m not endorsing punching the lights out of any guy that looks at you funny, but I do believe you should stand up for yourself – not only because it takes care of the situation at hand but because it will make you feel like a better person. Violence isn’t always the solution and resorting to violence can be very dangerous. But that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t stand up for yourself and take some sort of action.

I remember Brooks (one of my female AMWW writers and former Playboy model) telling me how she was at Bennigans (or a similar restaurant) with her Asian boyfriend. As she went to the bar, she overhead a waitress talking about Asian men, how Asian men had small penises and weren’t good in bed. Brooks COMPLETELY flipped and started shouting at the top of her lungs. She made a complete scene, got the management’s attention and ended up getting the racist waitress fired.

That’s a perfect example of not resorting to violence, but still standing up for yourself (or in this case, her boyfriend). And not only that, it made a socially effective message:

1. Being racist is NOT OK
2. Informed everyone around her of that fact
3. Debunked the “small penis” Asian stereotype for all to see
4. Got the racist person fired from her position
5. Which probably started making the waitress rethink her attitude and opinions

But is Asian bullying a crisis? Bullying happens all the time to everyone, right?

Studies show that 54% of Asian kids get bullied, be it physically, mentally, or emotionally. That is astoundingly higher than the national average of 20% of children. That means that 1 out of very 2 Asian man you know, has been bullied before in his life. That’s nuts! And it’s more than the bullying crisis that gay/homosexual teens face, but has gotten all the news coverage and support from the celebrities.

But more than that, going back to Private Danny Chen (where it was just recently announced that one of his attackers was only getting 30 days of jail-time) and the military, Asian Americans in the military have the HIGHEST SUICIDE RATE of any group or ethnicity (“Soldiers of Asian descent have dramatically higher suicide rates than other racial groups. Their risk is double or triple that of other soldiers, and four times higher in the war zone.”). Let me repeat that: the ASIANS HAVE THE HIGHEST SUICIDE RATE IN THE MILITARY.

Danny Chen has called a “gook,” “chink,” “dragon lady” and unfortunately he didn’t know how defend himself or stand up for himself against these racists that might have made the bullies back down. A lot of it has to do with how we’re raising our children and the fact that we’re such an easy target for people to take out their racist, prejudiced beliefs.

In fact, there was a school that had so many racist bullying events and the Asian Americans feared so much for their safety that they had to stage a strike and REFUSE to go to school. Yes, Asians refusing to go to school until the American establishment could guarantee their safety. We are the most prone group to be targeted by bullies and racists.

So yes, I definitely believe there is an Asian bullying crisis.

Another study shows that an overwhelming 99% of Filipinos have been victims of racism in the past year, but that the majority of them decided to take action about it by either standing up for themselves or reporting it to authorities. After doing so, they too, just like I did, felt a new sense of confidence and self-worth. By taking action, they felt better about themselves as a person.

Bottomline is that CONFRONTING RACISM BOOSTS SELF-ESTEEM. You don’t have to take my word for, just check out the psychology study “Filipino Americans and Racism: A Multiple Mediation Model of Coping” for yourself.

Believe it or not, bullying affects your confidence, self-esteem and self-image. Which in turn affects your dating life.

I don’t mean it in the clear-cut example of AMOGing, where another guy may try to assert some sort of dominance over you and the girl you’re talking to, making some snide joke about Asians and trying to impress her. It’s deeper than that.

If you are or have ever been a victim of bullying and failed to do anything about it, your confidence has most likely been deflated. If you couldn’t stand up to your bully, you probably felt ashamed, like I did.

This lack of confidence can carry over to your adult life, where you may feel unworthy of the beautiful woman at the club or the cute girl that goes to your gym. While a more confident man might strike up the courage and ask her out, you’re sitting back and wishing you could do the same.

Gentlemen, I now challenge you. The next time you feel like a victim of bullying or any racial comments, slurs or incidents, I challenge you to make a stand. I challenge you to take action. I challenge you to do what is right.

Do not stand idly by and let it slide, because you will feel ashamed, depressed and angry. Have enough self-worth to realize that no one deserves to be bullied – you included. By doing so, you will gain that sense of empowerment you’ve been craving. You will feel the confidence flow through your body.

You will know what it’s like to be strong.

And you will finally feel vindicated, as I did, when you stand up for yourself and what is right.

Hi guys! Sarah Ann, wing-girl for the ABCs of Attraction here to talk to you about a little thing called ASD!

What is ASD you ask? ASD stands for Anti-Slut Defense.

And no, it’s not as bad as it sounds. It is simply the defense mechanism and thinking process that women go through in order to protect their reputation and self-image when the specter of sex raises it ugly head.

In practical and real life terms, it’s when you- as a guy- go to a club, approach a group of girls, isolate the girl you find desirable, invite her back to your place, and she still won’t sleep with you even after she’s professed to being sexually attracted to you. And it’s not limited to just night game, this includes girls you might have met during day game, in class, at church, or been on a few dates with and now you’re getting intimate with.

I’ve heard stories from students who have been in bed with a girl, stripped down to their underwear, they’re both making out and then she’ll give him the Anti-Slut Defense auto-response like, “You know we’re not having sex, right?”

Which completely confuses the guy. And rightfully so.

I know it’s frustrating and if you didn’t know any Anti-LMR (Last Minute Resistance) tactics, you probably just want to throw in the towel and scream, “What more do you want?!”

Well you’re in luck because I’m going to discuss the reasons behind the Anti-Slut Defense mechanism, why it happens, and since we are ever trying to decode the female mind, I’ll give you some ways to combat this problem plaguing the pick-up community in part 2 of my Anti-Slut Defense article.

Right now, I’m going to give you a very indepth view and explanation of what goes on in my mind and other women’s mind when it comes to sex.

If you think guys have it hard when it comes to dating and sex, then think about it from a woman’s perspective. We have a completely different- very specific- set of cultural imperatives and influences that make sexual expectations technically and literally INSURMOUNTABLE for us.

Let us take, for example, the mixed message that barrages young girls, that of the Madonna and the Whore. This is probably one of the most famous and most damaging of influences that drives women BATSHIT CRAZY. What this is, is an impossible contradiction for any woman to aspire to.

It cannot but done.

But here we have society which is bombarding me with messages that both society and men will worship and value a woman who is thin, beautiful, vacuous and SEXUALLY AVAILABLE. But at the same time, I’m told to be a a “good” girl who will only have sex on my wedding day while sluts will go burn in hell.

Society basically says I have to be a Sexy Whore because men value it. And that I have to be a Matronly Madonna because men value it. But I cannot be both. If I am one, then I cannot be the other.

And it’s not just MEN promoting this impossible double standard, it’s actually other women, our culture, our family, and our religion. This is deeply ingrained into our societal expectations and guidelines that it is no wonder young girls come out deeply damaged and flawed with warped, contradictory, and almost unfathomable attitudes surrounding sex.

And that’s where the Anti-Slut Defense comes from.

It is an unobtainable, too perfect ideal of virginal whorish perfection that no modern, sexual woman could ever hope to achieve although we’re forced to try everyday in order preserve our sanity, reputation, and self-image. Not to mention protecting us from bodily harm and rape.

And people are a product of their surroundings. Men and women are constantly influenced by pop-culture, ads, music, and television. If you can see or hear it, it’s an influence whether you like it or not. In case you haven’t noticed, in the last century or so, the female influence in society has changed drastically, especially on a decade-to-decade basis.

For example at the turn-of-the-century in the early 1900s, women played little public role in most aspects of government and business. It wasn’t until 1920-when women gained the right to vote–were their voices collectively heard. This was one of the first major movements for women as a whole. That liberation had a cascade effect, such that in the following decades, almost everything changed, from fashion and leisure to influence in society and career opportunities. The momentum continues to this day, and many women have become powerful leaders on the global political and economic stages (Hilary Clinton, anyone?).

In 2012, however, the media plays a much larger role, feeding messages into the public arena that can come off as pretty extreme—especially compared to the standards of 1900—and come at women from every angle and almost incessantly all day long. Women are featured in fashion ads wearing barely-there clothing, in submissive poses, and being stick-thin (And, worse, even now ads seem almost white-washed, with most ads and films lacking in any meaningful sort of ethnicity—there are hardly any women of color!).

Simply put, there is a lot of pressure on women—literally hundreds of times a day—to lose weight, have larger breasts, be taller or shorter, wear less, and to do less.

It might come as a surprise, then, to understand that these things can lead to the convoluted chick logic that causes Anti-Slut Defense. If women are barraged by messages telling them they aren’t good enough, that they need to change, you can bet that for many women, a feeling of just not being good enough can lead to reluctance—even with a guy they like a lot.

Because of this emphasis on appearances and the pressure to conform, many women are subject to a more public version of this problem: putting women down for some perceived (real or imagined) wrong.

Jennifer Aniston: She'll be labeled a slut one week and the girl next door another

The most extreme example of this can be seen in celebrity media: stars like Jennifer Aniston can be labeled a good girl one week and a cheater the next, just on the whim of a tabloid writer or her publicist looking for a few bucks or cheap publicity. Everyone that has ever been to high school knows that there is a class “slut.” That girl is someone whose reputation whether real or not, led them to be seen as easy to sleep with or maybe have many sexual partners.

The grown-up version of this (and this is purely for example) is the office slut, the boss’s secretary, or the naughty teacher. You all know this woman. You may even be guilty of perpetuating the gossip surrounding her in the workplace. For some of these women, one misstep or seemingly innocent gossip can essentially ruin their reputation before they even have time to set the record straight.

Similarly in the Asian community, this antagonism can often come from other Asian women just as bad—or worse!—than from men. There are also the cases of Asians putting down other Asians. As supportive of each other as they seem on the surface, females can be a petty, very catty bunch. And, believe it or not, this behavior is even regularly seen in close circles of girlfriends.

So what does all this mean to you? It essentially means that you can do everything right but she still might ultimately have reservations stemming from her Anti-Slut Defense based on the fact that a girl has to watch out for herself! By the time she is in your bed making out with you, you might assume, “Game on!”

But: do not be deceived, because your job is not over yet.

When a girl is in this situation, there are hundreds of thoughts (those ASDs!) running through her head besides the fact that she’s into you. These include but certainly are not limited to:

• “I shouldn’t do this.”
•  ”I really want to sleep with him!”
•  ”I can’t do this.”
•  ”I wonder if he’ll ever call me after this.”
•  ”Shit, I don’t have a condom!”
•  ”My roommate is going to be mad at me for this one!”
•  ”I wonder if he remembers my name?”
•  ”Do I even know his last name?”
•  ”He probably thinks I do this all of the time.”
•  ”I wonder if he does this a lot.”

The list goes on and on. While you’re trying to figure out how to take her clothes off, she’s trying to think about how to get out of this one without getting hurt or, worse, trying not to look like a slut.

If she’s truly having ASD she will eventually vocalize these feelings by saying something like “We can’t sleep together” or “I don’t have one night stands.” Fear not—there are numerous ways to cope with this reaction.

But, at this moment, you’re probably blaming yourself, thinking “What did I do wrong?” This is totally normal to feel frustration, but whatever you do (and this is extremely important), don’t get angry, forceful, or needy. There is nothing creepier in this world than a guy who tries to continue to get sex from a girl who has said she wants to STOP.

You aren’t going to force her to want to have sex with your or manipulate, deceive, or lie to her in order for her to sleep with you. Instead, with a little help from me, you’re going to make her as comfortable as possible with you as a man so that she’ll WANT to have sex with you despite her Anti-Slut Defense.

Have you ever heard that Valentine’s Day is a bullshit holiday made up by the Hallmark and flower growing cooperations?

Well, I can assure you that whomever you heard those negative comments from is either single or had really bad Valentine’s Day sex last year.

Even though girls will talk down on the “special day” deep down inside they all crave a passionate lover to be with. So even if your girlfriend says she doesn’t want to do anything special for Valentine’s Day, she’s lying.

If you’re single, this is the perfect month to hook up! Hopefully most of you by now have a girl in you in your life but if you haven’t yet, maybe it’s time to look into taking a dating bootcamp.

For those in long term relationships, Valentine’s Day is the perfect day to rekindle your sex life and use it as an opportunity to pave the path for a year of amazingly great sex. Almost all relationships stale after a while so this is the perfect time to rekindle your love life. And thus, I give you “5 Naughty Tips to Having Great Sex with Your Girlfriend on Valentine’s Day!”

1. Choose Where You Want To Have Crazy, Monkey Sex!

Think back on the last ten times you had great sex with your girlfriend, was it always in the bedroom?

If so, you definitely need more variety in your lives, and no, switching positions simply isn’t enough. On Valentine’s Day you can suggest you two go to mall. Talk about how all the couples are going to have crazy, great sex tonight, and that she’ll hear all the wild stories tomorrow from her friends and co-workers.

Then when she’s trying on naughty lingerie, simply go into the dressing room with her. There’s a chance that you’ll get caught, but that’s just part of the excitement, the worse thing that’ll happen is they’ll ask you to leave the store so don’t worry. Your girlfriend will also reject the idea and push you out saying “no no” ignore this, and push your way in and lock the door behind you.

• Stand behind her and start to undress her while she looks into the mirror.
• Kiss her neck to turn her on and whisper into her ear how sexy she looks.
• Run your hands up and down her torso, from her stomach up to her tits, and tell her how naughty you two are.
• She’ll worry about being caught, but that just adds to the excitement, just agree with her and say “I know baby, we’re so bad, but I want you now.”

And start making love to her inside the dressing room. Make it a quicky though! She’ll love you for it.

I once had great sex in a Banana Republic dressing room just like how I described it above and it was really exciting for the both of us, and definitely added variety into our sex lives.

Other places you can have sex can be as wild as in public, or as safe and private as a hotel room, but either way, as long as you’re not in your bed, variety is added into your relationship. On Valentine’s Day simply rent a hotel room near your restaurant and fill it up with red balloons and place a red rose on the bed. You can also have champagne on ice with two glasses.

By being spontaneous and taking her to the hotel after dinner instead of back home, your girlfriend will be excited and have a great story to tell her friends about what an incredible lover her boyfriend was on Valentine’s Day!

2. Be More Assertive and TAKE CHARGE!

Have you gotten comfortable in your relationship? Does your girlfriend start planning on your weekends for you?

If “Honey, don’t forget we’re going to my sister’s potluck on Saturday and you need to pick up a roast chicken, and then on Sunday let’s go watch the new Hugh Grant movie” sounds familiar then you are surely too comfortable in your relationship and need to spice it up a bit.

An easy way to do that on Valentine’s Day is to be the assertive one to make all the plans. Tell your girlfriend:

• Where to be
• What to wear
• Don’t ask her what she wants to do that day.
• Tell her to meet you at a certain restaurant at a certain time.

She’ll complain and ask why you can’t just pick her up or hang out earlier that say, stand your ground and say:

“Baby, you’ve been such a good girl this year, I have a surprise for you, just meet me there at eight.”

3. Show Her Your Primal, MALE Side

“I want you to wear that little red dress that you know I love, make your honey happy and make sure you’re freshly waxed that day, since you won’t be wearing any panties to dinner.”

If she’s not used to you being this way she’ll laugh or argue, but it is extremely important that you stand your ground, with a sly smile on your face and not argue with her.

Just simply say, “If you show up wearing panties I’ll be very disappointed in you, and I’ll make you take them off in the restaurant, see you at eight.”

Remember this, all women want a strong alpha male. And especially your girlfriend!

The more strong and independent your women is in her every day life, such as a woman who is a high powered attorney or a women’s right activist, the more they secretly want to be dominated by an alpha male in bed. Stand your ground and be the man in the relationship, if she shows up to the restaurant wearing panties, give her two options:

• Either you’re going to rip them off of her in front of everyone
• Or she can take them off herself and hand them to you.

4. Give Her an Adventure so She Can BRAG About You to Her Friends!

So for Valentine’s Day I decided to do something spontaneous and romantic. I woke up really early to go “pee” and stole her car keys. I filled her trunk with a blanket, and a picnic basket filled with fruit, cheese, and wine. Then I quietly put her keys back and snuck back into bed. When we both woke up a few hours later, she asked me what I wanted to do today, and like always I acted like I didn’t really care or want to go out.

She was definitely disappointed, but then I suggested going for a drive.

We took her car and I randomly suggested that we go for a walk around the lake. She loved it, and while standing over looking the water, I said: “This is beautiful, the only thing that could have made it even better is if we had a blanket or something to sit on.”

She agreed and was yet again, disappointed…until I said, let’s check your trunk to see if we could find anything. She said that she was sure there wasn’t, but I made her check anyways.

She was extremely surprised and happy when she found the romantic picnic that I had planned all along.

5. Make Love to Her Body AND Her Mind!

A way to add a lot of emotion into your relationship during great sex is called soul gazing.

It is as simple as looking into each other’s eyes during amazing sex, and holding it for as long as possible. On this night, to add more emotion into your relationship, you want slow, sensual love making.

While looking into her eyes:

• Tell her how beautiful she is
• How much you love her
• Tell her that you feel extremely close to her
• Tell her you feel like you two are one

Well, I remember exactly the moment when I knew I had gotten very good at pickup…

It was in Dallas and I had approached this tall, foxy girl. While everyone was standing around, I had struck up a really good conversation and lightly kissed her in the middle of this smoking patio. Note, this was a mixed club and I was the only Asian guy in the entire place actually talking to a non-Asian girl (much less doing as well as I was). Out of the corner of my eye, there were disparate groups of Asian men hugging the walls.

I went to the bar to grab a drink and when I came back, I found her completely surrounded and under siege by little Asian guys and big white guys who had circled her like sharks circling a wounded dolphin after smelling blood in the water. Obviously she was loving this new found attention. In point of fact, many of my girlfriends have told me that they have never been hit on more in their entire lives than when they have been out in public with me.

This has happened to me on both a cold approach, where I met her that night, to going on a date with a girl and making out with her. I have SOOOOOOOOOOOOO many stories of guys trying to interrupt me as I’m kissing a girl who could, be for all intents and purposes, my girlfriend. Maybe it’s the sight of a short, average looking Asian guy like myself with a tall, willowy woman that just sets other alpha male’s teeth on edge.

I didn’t get good at AMOGGING because I enjoy it, I got good at it because I HAD to. And I’m not talking about just the bars and clubs, I’m talking about me having to deal with these cockblocks when I’m out on a date as if we were girlfriend and boyfriend.

• So what’s a little guy to do in these circumstances to fight back?
• Do you just sit back and take it as some douchebag disrespects you?
• Or do you get angry and push and start a fight?

HELL NO.

So we are going to play it smart with grace under fire and cool under pressure. Let me introduce you to the ultimate and only douchebag, anti-AMOG and boyfriend destroying tactics you’ll ever need…

The Anti-AMOG B.I.T. Method

Train in AMOG Defense with the King of the Hill PUA Drill

Which you can use against douchebags and boyfriends alike. It’s simply an acronym that goes in sequential order and it comes in handy when dealing cockblocks and AMOGs

• B is for Befriend
• I is for Ignore
• T is for Tool

He who loses his cool, LOSES. Period.

Here’s the First Rule to AMOG Fight Club… Do not go out of order!

You do not start with tool first. You always start with Befriending!

Then you move onto ignoring and then as a last resort you can tool. Again the idea is not to necessarily go on the offensive but to be aware of these tactics so when they are being deployed against you, you know how to counter them.

So B for Befriend: you always acknowledge the man in the group. Whether you are coming into a group of people or he is coming into your set, you need to acknowledge his presence. You don’t know what kind of relationship dynamic is being played so you’ll engage in an equal 50/50 conversation.

At a certain point in the interaction, you’ll ask the tried and true (credit Mystery), “How do you guys know each other?”

Based off of their answer, you can either remain in Befriend (in the case that’s her brother, co-worker, or boyfriend) or move onto I for Ignore (like if they just met that night). For example, I once got a Scandinavian brother’s approval (while I was romantically connecting with his sister) by approaching and opening groups of girls for him. He thought I was the coolest American ever and he gave me his approval to take his own sister home with me.

Now, if you find out that they just met that night, you can then proceed to politely Ignore him out of the conversation. An advanced tactic is you can also physically ignore using BLP, Body Language Positioning.

One tactic (but is weaker) you can position yourself  in-between the other guy. However, and much better, is to position the girl so she is facing AWAY from the guy. Again these are all subtle plays while you are continuing the conversation with her, being friendly with him and all the while you are slowly ignoring him out of the conversation.

Finally, we came to the last and OPTIONAL boyfriend destroying strategy, T is for Tooling.

Again this is not something that you start off with at first. It is useful to know the kind of tactics that potential cockblocks will use against you. So let’s just get one of the biggest tactics both PUAs and Alpha Males Other Groups will use against Asians: the “small penis” AMOG Asian destroyer.

If it so happens that the AMOG will “subtly” bring up the topic of the small penis stereotype, you can say:

1. “Dude, Club Gay? It’s is over THERE!”
2. “When a guy speaks of another man’s penis, it doesn’t make HIM look like an idiot.”

If a woman brings it up, then just look at her, smile and playfully say,

So… You’re THINKING about it, huh?

You’re essentially flipping the script. You’re turning a potential shit test on its head and re-framing it as sexual innuendo. In fact, William the Better Asian Man actually used this on one girl who brought it up while they were on a date. Remember, the is most important aspect  is that when you’re under attack to always, always ALWAYS keep cool. When you lose your cool, be it with another dude or a girl, you will always lose.

Another tooling AMOG tactic you can use is what I call: Super AFC Man!

This is the one point in time when you are allowed to act out your inner nerd. Whether you’re an engineer or computer programmer, this is the one point in time where you’re allowed to be just another AFC (Average Frustrated Chump)!

So what you need to do is be very, very, VERY friendly to the guy. As he talks to you, ask him in a very very funny manner, in an almost earnest manner:

1. “What’s your name?”
2. “Where are you from?”
3. “How did you get here?”
4. “What kind of car did you drive?”
5. “How long did it take you?”
6. “Was it a lot of miles?”
7. Blah blah blah

By acting like that earnest little brother who keeps pestering you with questions, you’re going to get super annoyed. But what can you do in the face of such earnestness and friendliness?

Same thing with the AMOG. After a while, he’s going to become so annoyed in the face of such oozing camaraderie that he can’t help BUT eject.

And there you go, when confronted with the douchey, roided specter of some Alpha Male of the Other Group, you have a completely field-tested methodology of dealing with AMOGs and cockblocks. It’s as easy as learning your ABCs or learning your B.I.T.s!

When I first started studying sexting or text flirting interactions, it was a hard journey to success and results.

It wasn’t long before I understood how to get any girl to respond to your texts through sexting or how to get any girl out on a date, but I wanted the real results, so I pushed myself to develop what is now our Text To Sex seduction roadmap of skipping the first date.

The concept of skipping the first date is the idea that, instead of using all your energy to take her out on a fancy first date, you’re creating a sexual bond and arousing her so thoroughly that all she wants is to be near you via sext or phone seduction. You know when you’re so sexually charged all you want to do is throw yourself at that girl you’ve been thinking about? Yeah. We make HER feel that way. That’s a discussion for another time, however.

This can be done verbally through phone seduction ala Text To Sex or through sexting.

Anyhow, along the way, I discovered how awesome getting naked pictures of girls was (n00dz: Perhaps you’ve heard of them?). These was not just awesome for the reasons my boner told me they were awesome, these were awesome because they added a lot of weight to the interaction which can be classified as both investment and compliance (you can still download our free T2S video and report “7 Killer Strategies for Rejection Free Phone & Text Flirting”).

Chances are, you know that someone that has invested in you has great staying power, meaning that if they have stock in you (have done something for you or have lent you something), they are more willing to stick around.

The example we always use on our bootcamps is this; imagine you’ve given someone $10,000 out of the kindness of your heart because they were in a huge jam. This person is probably a friend or a relative that needed (and deserved) your help so, while you did mull it over for days before making the decision, there was really no question in your mind and you felt good about being able to help.

Now, let’s say that this person took that money and, instead of paying his lawyer or the mortgage or whatever institution he needed to pay to save him from financial destitution or certain imprisonment, he went to Vegas and put it all on red. Add to that the fact that it came up black and he lost it all in one go. You’d be pissed.

Above all, however, you’d want it back and, since it was such a large sum of money, you’d want to help him get it back. You wouldn’t just walk away and count it all as a loss, you’d be checking up with that guy at least day, finding out how he could earn more money and pay you back as quickly as possible.

Now, thinking along these lines, I would get naked pictures from girls just so that they would put me in a different category than all the other hundreds of guys that are text flirting them (“Guy I’m naughty sexting with” vs. “Some guy that’s texting me”).

I was inadvertently creating the first rungs of the “Rapid Sextcalation Ladder.” (Get it? Sexting + Escalation = Sextcalation! I’m a mad genius.)

The Rapid Sextcalation Ladder means you never get denied on the phone!

Since girls don’t want to be sluts (or, more thoroughly, women don’t want to be sexual with just anyone), the receipt of these sext pictures created an investment. This is to say that now that she’s sent these to me, she’s not just gonna stop talking to me if I’m not sweeping her off her feet, as she’s already crossed a line with me and it would be both healthier for our relationship and more morally acceptable for her to make it work out between us.

As you can imagine, I quickly realized how awesome seeing women naked was and I soon was making efforts to get these pictures as soon as possible. It was not until just recently (so recently that I didn’t have time to include it in Text To Sex), that I discovered something incredible.

I have been through so many text flirting and sexting interactions that it would make you shake your head.

Between sarging every night for a year and a half, to two and a half years of constant bootcamps with the ABCs Of Attraction, I have gotten thousands of numbers. With those thousands of numbers I have had any kind of sext interaction you can imagine and have tried everything under the sun.

It was during one of these trial periods that I decided I would see how quickly I could get naked pictures from a girl and stumbled on something amazing. It is INCREDIBLY easy to get naked pictures from a girl almost IMMEDIATELY following the Rapid Sextcalation Ladder!

But how do we do it?

I know this is going to sound oversimplified and, even now that I say this, I guarantee you guys are going to try to add things to it, as is always the custom. However, trust me on this; it is as simple as it can be.

There is one prerequisite, though, that is very important: You must have decent passive value.

This is super important and really not all that hard. You don’t have to be really tall or really good looking, you just have to make the effort; well dressed and good hygiene are the two most important things (and, frankly, if you haven’t figured that out during your journey to become better with women by now, it’s not your sexting that needs work). This system works for me even if I meet a girl on the internet. That’s how strong it is.

In order to get naked pictures in the first short while, you need three things;

1. Sexuality,
2. Compliance,
3. and Dominance.

Let’s break it down.

Sexuality:

First thing’s first, you must have some sexual undercurrent in the conversation. It does not have to be much (and, for heaven’s sake, you shouldn’t even be saying sexual things yet because you’re aware of the

Romantic -> Sensual -> Sexual

verbal escalation ladder from Text To Sex, right??), but you should be using Erotic Undertones.

Erotic Undertones are things that force her to think sexually, without actually broaching sexual topics. This also helps her think that she’s come up with sexual ideas on her own, rather than being the recipient of sexual attention.

Example:
Good: “Man, that test was hard today.” “Darn! So, you don’t like it hard?”
Bad: “Man, that test was hard today.” “Mmmm. You wanna come over and I’ll make it all better? ”

See how they both force the concept of sexuality into one’s mind, but only one of them creates a situation in which she can actually object to your advances? This is called an Erotic Undertone and should be happening right from the beginning if this is your intended avenue.

Compliance:

Compliance is the next element and, as far as I’m concerned, the most important. What compliance does is utilizes the Yes ladder (the idea that once someone says “Yes” to something, it’s easier to get them to say “Yes” to other things), to create investment and rapport, so that she will be willing to comply to our requests. We use this with a series of compliance steps; some take a few requests, some take many, it depends on the girl and her attitude.

The first thing we need is her responding, the second thing we need is her to send a picture, the third thing we need is for her to TAKE a picture for us, and the final thing we need is for her to strip down and THEN take the picture. If you have access to the Text To Sex program, you’ll recognize this from the D phase and you’ll know how to do all of it.

However, as opposed to putting it in the D phase, we’re going to be doing it RIGHT AWAY.

Dominance:

Dominance is the last element and should be everpresent in all of our “sextcalation” interactions (remember; Confidence, Dominance, & Persistence?). However, in this case, we’re going to use is as kind of icing to get compliance. As opposed to demonstrating dominance to generate attraction, we’re going to use dominance to assist our compliance.

Here’s an example; I TOLD a girl to send me a picture (because telling is way more dominant than asking, right?), and she asked me what kind of picture. You’ll get this a lot and, as an aside, I always respond with something ambiguous that has EROTIC UNDERTONES (you’ve been reading from the beginning, right?).

In this case, I said “Something exciting”, which is a great way to insinuate sexuality, especially since you’ve been dropping erotic undertones from the beginning. Her first thought goes to naked photos and she asks me if that’s what I want. Instead of getting all nervous and trying to back down or be goofy about it, I said “That is exactly what i want.”

In many cases, guys will assume that she is for some reason double-checking so she can reject them or doubt them or whatever and that’s asinine. She wants to know how much you want it and, in this case, the only want to respond is as dominantly as possible, showing her that’s exactly what you want.

Let’s break down the four key elements of the Rapid Sextcalation Ladder one last time.

• Passive value: To make sure you don’t lose the battle before you start to fight).
• Sexuality: To get her in a sexual frame so she comes up with these ideas on her own.
• Compliance: To generate investment and use the momentum of the interaction to your advantage.
• Dominance: To ensure there are no holes in the seduction.

Now, there are a lot of ups and downs in this process and you’ll often get a lot of resistance, all of which I teach you to deal with in the Text To Sex program available now but, for now, this will work enough to give you the results you need.
